The drive up the MT and the hike up the MT is so beautiful! When at the top after a pretty easy hike you'll see a fire tower and also see a 360 degree view.

Beautiful mountain with 360° views all the way up to the Whites, down to Monadnock, out to Ascutney etc, and several options for ascending to the summit. Highly recommended!

Rollins SP has yet to reopen, but folks never stopped visiting. While driving up Mount Kersarge isn't possible until mid-May, there is parking at the gate for a hike up the road. Bicycling and birdwatching are also extremely popular. Me? I love to play flute to the wind, while the birds join in to add their unique harmonies. Come join us.

Visited in September 2023. Beautiful cool day. Went Lincoln Trail up. It was steep and rocky. Very challenging for beginner. Summit was 360 views with fire tower you can climb. My kids and husband enjoyed climbing it. The summit has a lot of space to relax and snack, enjoying the breeze and views. We took Rollins back down. It was more challenging than I thought with loose rock and a wet trail in spots. Hikers of all ages were on the trail- families, kids, seniors and dogs. Fun day for all!

Awesome state park. There is an auto road to take you within get .5 miles of the summit and with My Kearsarge being so prominent in the area, you are afforded 360 degree views. Well worth the trip and not nearly as busy as monadnock or other similar hikes

Gorgeous day on the trails and up at the Summit. Good trails for dogs, preferably for larger more active breeds, could be difficult for older or smaller dogs. View is beautiful. Perfect little hike.

I went mountain biking here for the first time and it's great. The actual ride to the summit is pretty difficult but the ride down is awesome. There aren't too many cars so you can really get going.

There are also some trails around the base of the mountain that are great for bikes.

Took my nephew up the auto road for the short hike to the summit. Ranger at the entry gate was very pleasant. The drive up and down the auto road was nice; narrow road for two-way traffic, and keep it in low gear coming down.

Beautiful views. When off season, trails are not easily identifiable. The trail we did end up choosing- ended up being 5 miles, with 3 children. However, it was paved and peaceful. There is an incline, but overall not bad. Picnic tables along the way.

A great shortcut to the White Mountains! The drive up is beautiful and the auto road gives easy access. The views are comparable to Mt. Monadnock, Mt. Cardigan, Welch Dickey Loop, but the hike is 10 times easier. The fire tower is also is a plus. The top is smooth granite with nearly 360 deg views, on a clear day you can see Mt. Washington. The Lincoln trail is tough so I would not go down that way, but the Rollins trail is reasonable both ways.

The Auto Road gets you close to the top with spectacular views along the way. A half mile hike from the upper lot gets you to the summit.

If you are going here from Rte 3 or Rte 4, warning: DO NOT go through Quimby Rd between Salisbury and Kearsarge Mountain Rd. Last year I drove into this road per Google's route, only to find that this road was more like a trail. My tire went flat in the middle of a steep slope. There was no signal, no passer by, not even level ground, so I had to change the tire (first time in my life) on a dirt slope at dusk. I remember spending 10 minutes to find the jack... The surrounding scenery was great, but make sure you are hiking, not driving, on this road. I don't know if it's typical for Google to guide you to such road, so just be mindful and judge by your own.

Great friendly lady at the gate, larger picnic area that doesn't require a hike. Trail access areas to improve hike safety. Road is well maintained for a mountain road. Absolutely stunning nature experience. Restrooms at base, and parking, even handicap accessible restrooms and picnic tables.

We try to go here whenever in New Hampshire. What a beautiful park. The trails are clean and the flora and fauna is wonderful. If you go, make sure you go to the peak of Mt. Kearsarge. The view is so lovely. It's especially neat when you are looking down at the small planes that fly by occasionally. Bring a jacket, even in the summer, as it can be quite cool and windy at the top! There are trails of varying difficulty, so there's something for most everyone.

Kearsarge Rd out of the center of Warner ends at a park check in station. Beyond the station is a 3 mile paved road that takes one to within 0.5 mile of the mountain summit. The 3 mile walk up the paved road because the public can't be trusted with open access is a bit of torture ar 70.

Awesome mountain, all the trails to the top are fun and easy with incredible views as a reward. Only issue is the gate troll who constantly lies to you about needing reservations!

Really nice NH State Park! Nice drive access to the top of Kearsage Mtn with amazing 360 views. Road access gets you to within 0.5 mile moderate hike to the top, or really nice views from the parking and picnic area.
