The veiw is gorgeous. The common areas are fun. There are some old arcade games that I feel like are pretty fun to play with some friends.

This was an ab&b. In a huge hotel setting?¿?
No check-in staff.
Email only.
Single key only in tiny room with lock boxes near entrance. We needed two keys.
Comfortable.
Clean.
Not enough coffee for as many nights that we were there. No coffee/tea in main entrance.
Noisy, no sound barrier room to room, very annoying!!
Nicely decorated.
Good shower.
Dated, stained carpeting in stairway areas.
Good parking.
Large deck in rear, stairs to river.

This is one of my favorite places to stay for hiking or skiing in Lincoln. We always book via Airbnb and have stayed in some gorgeous apartments. The pool and hot tub are great, and definitely a highlight after a day of hiking or skiing!

Amazing condo my friends and I stayed at. We stayed in the 1 bedroom loft. Amazing balcony view facing the mountains. The bathtub is also a jacuzzi. There’s public pool and jacuzzi as well. Has a stove, oven, sink, dishwasher, silverware, plates, and all that, so my we bought groceries and cooked during our stay. I will definitely come here again and I highly recommend it. Only bad thing I can say is, the rooms are kind of dusty. Nothing an air purifier cant fix.

A really, really awesome place, especially for families with children. The view from the porch is breathtaking, and the staff is really friendly and understanding. Even as the only Jewish guests this weekend, they were really accommodating to our religious needs.
On a side note, to get hot water In the rooms, you have to manually turn on the boiler.

I have been coming to The Lodge at Lincoln Station since I was a kid. It’s the highlight of my summer to come back each year and bring my kids. Hanging at the river and just enjoying the time away from home in the mountains is the best!! I have stayed in 1 bedroom suite and 1 bedroom with loft and every room has been very clean and very homey. It is dated but that’s what I like about it, I’m not coming to the white mountains to stay at a luxury resort . It has a family feel and the views are beautiful.

I've been staying at places in New Hampshire for a long time, but, this place was different. I told the owners about recently getting married and by our arrival, the room we stayed in had non-alcoholic sparkling cider, rose petals, signs, and other goodie welcoming me and my wife. It was amazing and super kind of them to do. The room was excellent and we had a wonderful time!

Our room could accommodate at least six to 8 comfortably. Nice little kitchen and living area. Plenty of comfy beds. Only one bathroom the only drawback but overall great. Would come again for certain

I agree with other reviewers in that some rooms are very dated but as a new owner I can say that I have redone all surfaces from floor to ceiling in my rental unit as you can see from the pics. Each unit is individually owned but some units are offered by the complex and others are rented through private routes. I'm very hands on with my unit and wanted to ensure that my guests had the best experience so if you are particular about where you stay then I would suggest looking at sites where owners are offering their units for rent such as airbnb, home away or even here on trip advisor. That way you know exactly what unit you are getting and can communicate with the owner directly. You can read reviews of the exact unit that you will be staying in. I know that I love the hotel for its friendly staff, awesome views and great location. It certainly offers good amenities as well. I love being here! I love this area. I can access multiple trailheads and mountains as well as shops and restaurants so easily. Not to mention that once I'm in the unit it is so peaceful. If you find a unit that is well cared for then you will see what a jewel this place is for the price point. You can't beat the location or views. You just need the right unit for your needs and tastes.

This place is very special to me because my family has been going here for over 3 decades. 5 stars for the location alone as it sits directly adjacent to the Pemigawasset river where you can swim and tube down in the nice weather and also provides amazingly peaceful background sound if your door is open.

There is an indoor pool with a jacuzzi and saunas for men and women, some old school arcade games as well as a neat little carnival type game room (skee-ball, hoops, quarter ski slope game, air hockey) that gives tickets for small kids prizes. There is also a heated outdoor pool.

In the winter there is a free shuttle bus that stops in front of The Lodge about every 20 or 25 minutes and runs to Loon Mountain so there is no need to drive if you are doing some skiing.

The place is very well maintained and clean even though it's decor might be a little bit dated and hallways lacking in bright lighting.

There are only a few hotels or condominiums that are on the river side of town, The Lodge being one of them. It's a great place to bring kids or adults in all seasons and the town of Lincoln is only getting bigger and more fun each year with more restaurants and things to do.

Great place to stay. We were not disappointed.
It was annoying only being able to use the front door. It made for a long walk to the car.

Kind of dated but a very nice place, even out of season. It was dead quiet while we were here. Staff was nice and room was clean.
