Veterans Memorial Park

Veterans Memorial Park is an excellent multipurpose park. There is provision for playing different types of games like soccer, baseball, football, basketball, rugby etc., great amusement park for children too. They can play on swings, see saw, climbing on poles, running etc., for elders nice walking track. While walking they can enjoy seeing the games. Wide large grounds with rest rooms, snack shop. Everybody like this park. It is very near to Glenmont Commons residents and Danville too
Different competition are conducted here. Children practice various games here. Sometimes ducks in hundreds grace this ground.

Look like a nice Park with numerous fields for Baseball, Softball and Soccer. All fields are grass, except for the main field which is field turf. Looks like they have added or upgraded their lighting system as of July 2019. There is a dof park that must be popular with the different sections that are offered. Off of Rt 10 East, look for the small sign for the park which will be on your right.

This is a nice little park area.... it has a dog park, 2 baseball/softball fields... 2 grass soccer fields, and a turf field - pretty much used for soccer/lacrosse.... there is also a little playground area for the kids, and restrooms.... its usually crowded with Sporting events on nights & weekends

I enjoy going to this park, it has a nice field and turf, and areas for kids to play if you have kids. I mainly like the soccer field.

Nice turf multi purpose field, dog park, baseball field, facilities (although not sure if they are always open).
