High-End Work and Materials...don't use Trailer Trash Simpson Plumbing.

We had a big freeze, and my pipes busted while I was in SFO. The Rep was so awesome, in the WAKE of thousands of desperate customers calling them, she had someone at my house within 2 hours.

One of the most Customer Service incredible moments of my life, she helped us so much.

Tony came during an emergency at 1pm when two other local plumbers were booked out. He promptly identified the problems and fixed them in less than half an hour. Also answered all of my questions the my own HOA were clueless about. Great people, great work, would absolutely recommend.

Eddie was prompt and professional when he came to cap my gas line. He let me know it would be too expensive to be worthwhile to remove it entirely, which I appreciated. He was willing to do extra work to cut my old oil lines down to the floor. He even took the time to look at my leaky washer before he left. When he and his co-worker left I felt good about the money spent.

I’ll also say, being an LGBT homeowner it can be nerve wracking to have strangers come to do work for you. We had nothing to worry about there.

The plumber, Dustin, was exceptional! He was prompt, courteous, and most importantly, he was very knowledgeable! He “diagnosed” the plumbing problem and fixed it. I am very pleased with his work and consequently, I have great faith that the personnel at Proline Plumbing, LLC hire only the best and most talented individuals!

The team (Tyrone and trainee) did a great job unclogging our drain. They were knowledgeable and explained our drain system to us very well. I appreciate their expertise and would recommend for plumbing needs!

The technician arrived roughly 25 to 30 minutes after the call was made. The leak was repaired with nonferrous material so there should be no problem ever again. The technician was very professional and explained everything he was doing.

Hello, Proline sent Chris over the afternoon before a snow storm hit. He did a great job getting us set up (water heater for radient heating) so that we weren't in freezing temperatures in the house for 3 days. Unfortunately, the storm was worse than expected and Chris had a hard time getting home that night. This is the type dedication and professionalism that is tough to come by in today's world. Thank you Chris for your help for our family.

The folks in the office at Proline Plumbing were helpful, kind, patient, efficient and friendly.
The technician Eddie arrived when expected. He was knowledgable, very patient with my questions and chattering. He found the problem immediately and fixed it right away showing concern for my not having hot water.

Wonderful job reinstalling our toilet after we put in new bathroom flooring. Our toilet had some components that were deteriorating so Tyrone and Kirkland overhauled it and now the toilet is as good as new. It actually performs better that it did before. Thank you so much!! This same team installed a new kitchen sink garbage disposal for me last month and I requested to have them help me again. Pricing is reasonable, clear, and transparent. I will definitely call on them again for my next plumbing project. A+++

My outdoor hose bib has been leaking for over a year and my bathtub since it was installed three years ago doesn’t hold water. Tyrone arrived analyzed the problem with the bathtub drain stopper and remedied the situation for the time being, a new part will have to be installed. As for the hose bib, a new faucet was installed and no more leaky faucet! Tyrone was thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. He also answered some other plumbing questions. Highly recommend Proline Plumbing!
