Auto Emporium

I recently started going to Auto Emporium and have nothing but good things to say about Jessiah. He is an excellent mechanic with a lot of knowledge and experience. His prices are very reasonable and what I really like is that he always tries to solve your problem as inexpensively as possible. Recently I had an exhaust problem on my car. Another shop wanted to replace the entire exhaust for $700. Jessiah fixed the problem by welding a sleeve onto the existing exhaust pipes and he charged me just $80. I also had a problem with my brakes that two other shops couldn't fix. Jessiah diagnosed the problem and because he uses a more modern way of bleeding the brakes the problem is finally fixed. Jessiah takes his time, he does the job right and doing business with him will save you money.

Great shop! Owner is responsive and reasonable and always fits me in when I need to be seen. Big town work with small town feel, would definitely recommend to anyone needing a mechanic!

Jessiah is the absolute best mechanic I have ever met. I have been rebuilding engines and car s for over 50 years and I won't touch anything anymore since I met him!

Jessiah was friendly, honest and did a great job fixing my truck. My power steering was acting funny and he diagnosed the problem over the phone. He fixed my steering quickly and in a way that was considerate of my budget. Very fair price and he gave me options ahead of time. Overall great experience I highly recommend.

If he has cancelations he will call you and fit you in before your scheduled appointment. It's increasingly hard to find people who are reliable, even in his most bustling season he tries his best to get you in at a time that works best for you. With my schedule, that can be very hard! Always gives 100%, and not one that tries to squeeze more money out of you if it's not necessary!

I absolutely love this shop. If you want true and honest work and advice about your vehicle this is by far the best place in Littleton. I have done multiple inspections on my vehicle, had issues diagnosed and even called up to ask for advice all of which has been met with kind and knowledgeable answers. Even on the rare occasion that they can’t help me with a problem they always steer me in the right direction giving me clear advice about next steps.

It’s clear that there’s a love for mechanic work and a passion for cars that’s driving this business along with what I can only describe as the best customer service I have ever experienced. I always recommend Auto Emporium to my friends and family and I will absolutely continue to go to them first with any questions or issues that I have with my vehicle.

I've been going there for years. Jessiah is always up front and honest, and he takes the time to explain what is wrong with my vehicle. Also, saves all of the old parts to show me the problem. Very friendly and upbeat service. I would recommend him to anyone.

Josiah is always fair and transparent with his work. He doesn't try to rake you over the coals and overcharge you. Extremely good work, have had him do work on my exhaust, basic upkeep, and replace my timing belt. All work has been great with great prices. Honest, fair, and a great guy. Would definetly reccomend to anyone that needs work done on their car.

We just had our band van break down on the highway, coasted off the exit and into the Auto Emporium. The mechanic told us regretfully that he only really worked on imports, but he dropped everything to try diagnosing our problem. He made a call, had someone drop off three quarts of transmission fluid, and helped us work them through the system to see if it helped.

Unfortunately it didn't fix the problem, so AAA is on the way to tow us to Burlington, VT. Auto Emporium was nothing but helpful, and didn't charge us anything except the cost of the fluid.

If we lived within 200 miles and owned an import, we'd be back in a heartbeat. As it stands, we can only recommend the shop to anyone who does!

Jessiah is a great down to earth business owner, he will go above and beyond to make sure your next trip on the rode is the safest. i have had many issues in the past that no-one could figure out, but Jessiah went from top to bottom diagnosing the issues and making sure it was correctly the safest and most cost efficient way, without the vehicle being brought back repeatedly.

It's the very best in customer service anywhere in northern New Hampshire. Family owned for generations Josiah owner is has the greatest personality and very knowledgeable let's you feel hes giving you his very best everytime he works on you car. There's nothing better in the north country .. Littleton NH 5 Star keep it up Josiah!!
