These guys are absolutely awesome! We have been customers for a few years now and they never disappoint. Most recently, I was looking for a laptop that I could use for both work and home. Both Ryan and Nicco were very great at helping me figure out what I needed, what sizes to look for, and what options I should take into consideration. Then they upgraded my new laptop to Windows 10 Pro for less than buying it off the shelf with it already installed! When I got it back the next morning, it was all set with passwords (that I chose), 2 accounts (home and work), and with the updates already set. They make it easy for those of us that don't speak geek. I send everybody I know that needs tech work to them!

From Dartmouth, MA came up to Twin Mountain and my laptop would not boot up. Called North Country and they said to drop it off. Left it with them at 9:30, by 11 they called to tell me the hard drive had crashed, they were able to save my data. They offered to install a solid state drive, we agreed on a price and my laptop was ready by 1:30 the same day. Very much appreciate their efforts, was able to get back on line with my office and finish some work. Great company and people! Do not hesitate to bring your issues to them.

I found them to be straight shooters very good and very nice. While I was there a gentleman came in with an old ipad that would have cost $350 to fix.. They told Him that they would do well if they fixed it, but that he should buy another one. That is the kind of people I like to deal with.

I brought them a "dead" laptop and they were efficient and professional with the diagnosis (even though it wasn't good news). I asked them to set up my new laptop and Ryan did this so well that I hardly had to do a thing with the new one to get into all my data and programs. Reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

These guys are the best! I received a lot of help in buying a used laptop that they refurbished for me. I'm not too computer savvy - they patiently walked me through a few things. I use their monthly service to keep things up-to-date and running smoothly. Best of all -- their prices are fair and reasonable.

When our family desk top computer died, we were devastated. So many files were believed to be lost; so many memories. We took the computer to North Country Tech Services where they were able to recover our files for us!

This place is amazing. Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The guys are knowledgeable and will make sure to word things if you aren’t as tech lingo savvy (like me) so you understand as well. Very personable and work in a timely manner. I needed my iPhone’s screen replaced and they were able to get me in right away and finished within an hour. I would recommend this place to anyone needing computer or phone repairs.

I highly recommend North Country Tech Services! Fisrt off, Mikko was super friendly and personal which to my opinion goes a long way. I felt comfortable leaving my laptop with him and was super impressed that he called me just two hours later saying the problem was solved! This was late on a Friday afternoon and I was expecting to not have my computer back till after the weekend. I use my computer for my businesses so even a day with out it I can fall behind. Mikko understood that and got me back on line quicker than I ever imagined.

Sorry, I haven't gone there recently, but I kjow the guys at North Country Tech Service are super knowledgeable. They get the job done. I've used them in the past and my mother-in-law is always pleased with the service she receives. I do recommend NCTS :) Take Care!

Ryan was very helpful and assisted me with my Problem and was more than helpful by providing the ability to purchase a new computer, tthat fits my needs. And today Has been exactly what I needed.

This place is great for any and all computer issues. Great prices and I liked that they also have the option to travel to your location. All my needs were met with a professional attitude and all my question were answered. Plus I even learned a thing or two about my computer which will make future upgrades easier to choose. 5 stars all around!

We chose NCTS to completely rewire our office building, setting up internet, wireless internet, and security cameras. The installation was very organized and it was evident their plan was well thought-out ahead of time. The system has been great and NCTS has been very responsive to any technological problems that come up. Great work!
