Kyle, at this Dobbs location downtown was 100% an absolute professional. I was a customer in need with immediate attention and that's exactly what he provided. I've been a Soulard resident for 19 yrs and always come here first for the customer satisfaction alone. The pricing is super competitive, but I'd over pay due to the professional service they provide. Highly recommend. And I'm in the automotive industry, so I have tough expectations. What an AWESOME crew! All of the Dobbs Tire stores are crazy busy these days and the day I showed up with a nail in one of my tires (actually ended up being a BULLET! 😳) was no exception! Even so, Mike & Kyle found a slot to squeeze me in for an emergency patch-up of my tire - I AM SO GRATEFUL! Great repair guy, as well! I am all good to go now - Thanks Gents!

Took my girlfriend’s car there for a flat tire, there was a screw in the tire. Luckily, it wasn’t in the sidewall so they were able to quickly remove and patch the hole, they even showed us how that process works. Since she just got tires from them the fix was free! They have great perks if you buy with them. Plus found out they take your car to a different lot end of night if it’s an overnight drop off.

We were visiting from out of town when we had a flat. Turned out, an allen wrench made its way into our tire. Filled air at the BP down the street and called Dobbs, hoping to get it patched. It was the Saturday before Easter, and they got us in right away! Not only that, but the technician said they would postpone their lunch break to make it faster!

Dobbs made it so we only had a 1 hour delay in our plans. I can't say enough good things about this place. If you ever need help, they are here for you!!

Eveyone here is so friendly and helpful especially Kyle. My daughter and I were traveling through St Louis when our tire popped. We ended up having to get 4 new tires . They got the job done very quickly and even unloaded all of our luggage to put our spare tire back for us so we wouldn't have too. Definitely recommend then for any car service you may have.

Arrived into town late Thursday afternoon for a convention at the Hilton near Dobbs downtown. My front tire was completely flat by the time I got to their store just before closing. They ordered 4 new cooper tires immediately and got them installed, alignment done, and recalibrate all sensors by Friday 2 pm. Their prices were very good too!
These guys are the best in the business!!! If you need ANY automotive needs, check these guys out first!!

I was in town had busted ball points , I had too be back at work this occurred on a Saturday, they were punctual and I made it home safely and too work! They are all business no play! Thanks guys made a Country girl Happy!

Amazing service & really helped a person in need! I was in town for a Volleyball tournament and ended up with a screw in my tire. They got me on the long road home & fixed the tire in under an hour. Given the 5 hour drive home, it gave me tons of comfort knowing I’d get home safe!

I appreciate how y’all were willing to help me in my time of need when trying to get home at night due to two flat tires. I recommend y’all to everyone especially since it was closing time and y’all were willing to stay late to make sure I got home. When another tire shop was not willing to give me the time of day even though I told them I was towed to their shop. Thank you for all your help I am very thankful and feel blessed to have had an exceptional experience.

Everyone here was so friendly and helpful, especially Kyle. My mom and I were traveling in St. Louis when our tire popped. We came to the Downtown Dobbs location and we ended up needed all four tires replaced. They did everything in under an hour and a half after we walked in. They even unloaded all our luggage we were traveling with to put our spare tire back in the trunk.

I was visiting St. Louis with 3 children under 9 and came out to the car that had nearly a flat tire (18psi). I drove around to 4 gas stations and none had working air. I was driving down the street and happened to see this place and just turned in. I explained my situation and they took my car in next, pulled a screw out of my tire, fixed it, balanced the wheel in less than an hour! Save the day!!!

Highly recommend. Finding a new mechanic is always nerve racking and when we moved to the city we were not sure who we could trust. It has been over 7 years and still have not had a negative experience with Dobbs.

I was in a pinch today and needed an emissions test badly and THOUGHT that it would take longer to set up a time with Dobbs, but I was surely wrong. I called over 10 different places when I should have called Dobbs in the first place. This location got me in immediately and got me taken care of. They’ve been servicing my fiancé’s vehicle and will surely get all of my business from now on. Kyle, the Retail Sales Manager, was very nice and did me a huge favor squeezing me in today. Come to this location for all of your vehicle needs!

Great service on short notice. I live out of town and was worried I wouldn’t be able to get a tire put on after mine blew out out when I hit a pot hole. I was back on the road in no time. They were busy, but they treated everyone with respect. I definitely recommend this store.

Dobbs Tire & Auto Centers downtown was quick and painless. I showed up without an appointment and was able to get my tire changed without a problem. The store itself is clean, the waiting area only has a few chairs but there's complimentary water and coffee while you wait. If I have any more car problems, I will for sure come back to Dobbs Tire & Auto Centers' downtown location.

Excellent service and excellent recognition of circumstance. While traveling through St. Louis my MKX hit a block of wood on the highway... 12 hours later, Dobbs is taking care of me and getting me back on the road!

I brought my car here for an oil changes and emissions inspection. The drop-off process was very easy, and I got a call when the work was done before lunch. I am glad that they open at 7:00 AM. They did a nice job, and I was happy with their work and efficiency. Also, the staff was friendly. For my next emissions inspection, I will be back here!

#1, they fit us in when we were desperate to figure out our issue (is it a hub problem, a wheel bearing?) on our way from northeastern Illinois to San Antonio for our daughter’s BMT Air Force graduation. After trying several other shops in the area, we pulled into Dobb’s Tire and Auto. Thankfully, they agreed to at least look at our vehicle. We waited a short while (that was OK by us!) and were so relieved to find out that it was not hubs or bearings but only that we needed brakes (which could wait till we got home from this trip). Kyle up at the front was so gracious and helpful (as well as Mike the store manager and Eric, another knowledgeable associate (who clued us in on a great driver safety course for our teenagers). Since we were planning on new tires for our 2004 Ford Excursion 6.0 anyway, we decided to purchase them at Dobb’s on our way back home. Kyle had looked everything up and given us a quote on Tuesday and we got 4 Cooper AT3 10 ply’s at a great price the next Monday. Dobb’s is a professional and clean shop (with a sparkling clean bathroom, with a diaper changing station and if you’re a mom, that’s important to you). They really were an answer to prayer.

Great customer service. Very friendly and very courteous. Great job on service of tires,and explaining options. Will tell friends about this place.
