We wanted to replace a pellet stove and install a Malm fireplace and Holden and the Demers team did a wonderful job to execute our vision. Holden's professionalism, intellect and patience were invaluable. The team at Demers Chimney Service leaned in and managed the challenges of the pre-existing situation, the many months of lead time and the complexities of a cross country delivery. The communication and responsiveness of this company is excellent. I received co formation texts and emails regarding my appointment. They called and arrived ahead of schedule. The two guys, Jimmy and Johnny were professional, quick and great communicators. They were thorough. With all the bad service going around these days - this company and these two guys, were a breath of fresh air. It was easy for me and that’s a huge help. I am absolutely engaging them for the work and am so happy I found them.

I cannot say enough nice things about Holden, and Emily made this whole process so easy as I booked the appointment while still living in New York. What lovely people from start to finish. Holden walked us through everything, explaining along the way, what we have and what we would need to do. Just a great guy- he even cleaned up after!

I am very happy with the service. Holden and Sebastian are personable and honest. I scheduled three chimney cleanings. Upon inspection Holden said only one of them needed cleaning. These guys showed up on time and went right to work. Will definitely use them again.

Holden came out in the beginning to see what the problem was with our current pellet stove and rather than selling us a brand new one he recommended getting the parts updated and replaced on our current model. Turnaround time for the parts was much faster than we anticipated! Johnny and Jimmy came out and replaced everything. They were timely, professional and great to deal with! Cannot recommend them enough!

They are absolutely awesome! I live in NY and we are used to fast/excellent service..Demers went beyond any expectations. Because I’m 6 hours away from my 2nd home in Littleton, I was 100 percent relying on good communication. Between Jess in the office with email and phone communication and Holden and his texts which included pictures of the location where I wanted the stove and pictures of the finished product I could not be happier! 100 percent recommend.

When issues came up with the chimney and fireplace during home inspections on a home we were in the process of purchasing, we called Demers to come and inspect further. They understood that we needed it done in a timely manner before closing on the home and although it was an extremely busy time for them, they came out two days later, sent the report immediately and the quote for repairs soon after. They were prompt, thorough and super nice. We will definitely be doing the repairs as well as any future work that is ever needed with them. Thank you!!

This business comes highly rated in my opinion. My stove was repaired the day service was provided because they took the time to listen when I told them the part and sent pictures in advance of what I needed. The cleaning was taken care of easily and they showed up on time. With few choices in the north country I’m glad that Demers is there to help us out!

I am in northern NH and was looking for a reputable company to service my chimney & wood stove. I chose Demers after a google search. I'm happy to say that it was an excellent choice! Holden & his team not only cleaned my chimney, but did a level 2 inspection to find that our chimney needed repairs & new liner/cap. I wasn't surprised since the house is 30+ years old.
