Eastman Premier Rentals

My experience with Max at Eastman Premier was excellent! My family needed an immediate rental while waiting on the closing of our home. Max found us a rental within 24 hrs and we were able to experience a very comfortable transition thanks to Max's efficiency! I would highly recommend!

Wendy Wright is the best. She has helped us with several summer rentals in past years. She has always been available if we had questions or concerns and often checked to make sure we knew about facilities or events at Eastman. She made our summer stays in this wonderful communiy so much more enjoyable and worry-free.

Travel RN who rents 4-6 places annually and this was the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. Maintenance employees were sent to the house on 5 occasions in the first few weeks of our stay for minor repairs that we didn’t request, despite the home being empty for several months before our arrival. We were only given notice prior to someone coming to the house about half of them time. Completely unacceptable for two young women living in the woods alone. When we complained we were essentially called ungrateful. Completely unprofessional responses any time we had an issue. Tenant is responsible for all utilities including internet (in a vacation rental??) which ran about $800 per month. Stay away from this company.

These people are liars and thieves! Rented a property that had obvious damages and now we are being charged to fix ALL damages incurred before we even moved in, including carpets we were told would be replaced. DO NOT RENT, BUY, OR DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!! You've been warned. You WILL get screwed by this terrible business!!!!!
