China Moon is the definition of the ideal hidden gem! A small restaurant just off the road, with plenty of parking, this place has great deals and even better food!

The buffet is large and has a diverse offering of Asian food, including a lot of meat and seafood option, sushi, and dessert. These are probably the best crab rangoons I've ever had, as the peanut chicken is also one of my new faves. I truly enjoyed everything I ate! There is a clean bathroom on site as well. Service is super fast and nice - they clear plates as soon as you're done. There's plenty of internal seating and the decor is tasteful and aesthetically pleasing.

And to get all of this for $12/person is an incredible deal. If you're every hungry, I would 100% recommend you come here!

Really great buffet place! Food are all hot and fresh. Pretty crowded on a weekday night(went there on Thursday around 7:00.) Food got taken pretty quick but the staff did a very good job making share to fill it up fast too! They even have an ice-cream machine!! And the ice cream it served was good! Plenty of options for fruit and dessert too.

China Moon Buffet is a hidden gem in the upper valley. It wasn't until a few years ago that my family tried it and realized how amazing it was. We went from thinking there was no good Asian food around to realizing that there was some of the best Asian food we've had just down the interstate. The lunch special for take out is great. Very affordable. We got dinner for 4 people and had enough leftovers for 3 people for another meal and paid $45.

If you're looking for great Chinese food in the White River Junction area this is the place for you!

Still very good. Stopped in on a recent motorcycle ride.
An excellent place to get Chinese food in a buffet setting. All of the foods I tried were very good, even by non buffet standards. Let's be honest, buffets are generally about quantity not quality. China Moon will surprise you.
All the food was fresh and food that should be crisp was crisp, not soggy from being out too long. The trays of food were full and not lacking. The only food I was disappointed in was the fried rice. It was better than the rice at other buffets, but not as good as a sit down and order restaurant. It was a little mushy.
The restaurant was clean as were the bathrooms and all the employees were wearing masks. Gloves are available for those who feel more comfortable wearing them.
If COVID turned you off buffets, I get it, but if you want to eat at one again, try China Moon. It is the best and cleanest Chinese buffet I've found.

Food is always great. I've never had any bad food from here. Always delicious. I love the buffet. Dine in, take out & eat in!! Many different yummy options!!

The Din Sum is phoenominal!!! The food is better than it was last year, the last visit was 11/23. The hibachi chicken is amazing. Overall, it is well worth the $15. I've been there 5x since 8/23 and have not once left unhappy.

What a great little place! I absolutely love that me and my partner can go and eat our fill for $30 bucks. The buffet has some great choices, the crab ragoons are amazing. The only thing I would suggest is get there before lunch and dinner rush to get the best experience, especially with food about hour to hour and half before (just call and ask when rush is). Noticed that when you come at rush the food seems rushed as well, items we've had that were great were under seasoned, some not at all.

Great stop for fresh lunch after a visit at the VA. Food was delicious, staff was amazing and attentive! Price was very fair for buffet!! Thank you!!

I love this place! They have amazing dumplings and sauce, and the shrimp chow mein fun is the most delicious I have ever had! The staff is always very friendly

In my opinion, the best damn Chinese buffet around. Even after 8 pm, the food was hot and fresh, and the quality was superior to other buffets I had eaten at. The spread is substantial, and you will find something for everyone, so load up your box. Just know that the price of the food is by weight, so think before you box. Excellent spare ribs, chicken and shrimp.

After a long drive found this gem open after 9p.m. and purchased Chinese food to go to bring back to hotel. Great quality and delicious. Thanks!!

EXCELLENT Chinese Buffet! A GREAT variety of very tasty Oriental foods accompanied by a most-curteous wait-staff.

People here are so nice, and their buffet is best around that I go to anyway.

I've been here a few times. Food buffet is always perfect. Staff is always friendly. I looked at a guy I had known for more than 20 years and realized I'd marry him right then after dinner together here. Was it the food? Probably not, but the atmosphere allows for that kind of vibe for sure. ☺

This place was so good I had to leave a review. Traveling from out of town and stayed at the hotel across the street. This is the BEST Chinese buffet I have EVER had! Excellent selection and everything I had was fabulous! Crab Rangoon to die for. The price was even better. Glad I don't live nearby or I would be in trouble!

Super affordable and the food is so delicious, my favorite thing was the ramen it was super flavorful. I payed $15 for a to go box full of buffet food which is a really good price!

My son and I really enjoy this restaurant. There's a ton of variety and great prices. We love the takeout as well. It's a family owned, quaint, little restaurant. Everyone I have spoken with there is kind and helpful. The food is consistently great. I found the restaurant clean and comfortable. If you order takeout, plan on having a complete other meal left. The portions are great and they heat up well. I really liked the freshness of the the food. I don't normally like buffets for this reason. But, I haven't had any issue with "old" tasting food. So, go. You won't regret it!
