Dunkin'

Very polite and personable staff. Made our drink and sandwiches correctly!!

I was in early yesterday. There was a young lady there by herself. She did an amazing job (like always) but she was literally the only one working. She was not daunted by the tasks or by what the day might have been, but rather smiled and said "I've got this." This morning she was accompanied by another associate. I asked how it went, she replied it went very well. I should also mention that, although I'm new to the area, she has already learned my order. Great Job!

Always good for a quick stop early in the morning

Traveling along I89 stopped at another Dunkin and received a TERRIBLY made iced coffee. We pulled into the next Dunkin enroute hoping for, but not expecting, a replacement coffee. The manager greeted me and knew by looking at my coffee that something had gone wrong. She explained that the batch probably hadn't been stirred which created the rancid flavor. She set us up with a new (and improved) iced coffee with no charge and a smile on her face!! Now...I have a smile on MY face! Kudos to that franchisee for hiring such a wonderful employee!!

We were treated very well by the staff. The older woman assisting us was a GEM!

Great service as always! In addition, my DD card was no longer readable so the clerk had me select a new one and set it up and helped transferred the balance from the old card to the new one. Talk about customer service!!

This is one of the best Dunkin Donuts anywhere. The servers are clean and hardworking. They also pay attention to small details like making sure your drink is mixed.

Drive through is always fast! People at the window are friendly, cheerful and polite!

This is my favorite dunkin to go to. Coffee is always good. Service depends on who is working. There is one employee during the week thats not so friendly and always seems grouchy.

Fantastic Dunkin location! Amazing employees. Saw another reviewer whining that they don't have a drive-thru. That's because Grantham has a town ordinance that no business is allowed a drive-thru. Not Dunkin's fault.
