Jess and her team are outstanding! They listened to what we wanted and provided thoughtful suggestions throughout the planning phase. Once they executed the project, it unfolded exactly as planned and even finished a little ahead of schedule. Highly recommend!! Our new kitchenette is beautiful and better than we could have imagined.

Remodeled kitchen, unique design , raised ceiling, great layout. Love it.

Retained Jess to remodel 2 existing baths and also create third bath in remodeled storage area.Went off without a hitch and in my budget.

Finally, Created outdoor covered seating area. Unfortunately after 15 months most of the tiles cracked. I reached out to raise concern
Compared to 1Star review above Jess took photos, reached out to supplier who admitted they had produced a defective batch .. she arranged for them to replace every tile on their nickel including resetting the floor.

Workmanship is first rate and i think customer service excellent.

We recommend them to anyone.

Honestly, if I could give ten stars I would!! Jessica and Angi designed the most amazing kitchen for my family and I! They are professional and design masters. The store is very warm and welcoming and the process of kitchen design is fluid and easy. I would recommend Jessica, Angi and their entire team for anyone’s home project. A++++++++

They did an excellent job in my master bathroom renovation, they are easy to work with, create design that works, wide range of knowledge of material availability, started and complete job as promised. Installer maintain work area and it's surrounding clean every day.

We had two bathrooms, and a kitchen designed and installed by Sugar River. We couldn’t have been more pleased. The process went smoothly and the results are beautiful. If you want perfection and personal attention to every detail this is the place to go.

Beware! nice people who do not advocate for their clients. Bought granite countertops through Sugar River Kitchen, Bath & flooring. Materials are beautiful, installation unacceptable: Misaligned back splash, multiple ‘glue’ fingerprints left on surfaces, and an obvious repair on our island edge. All on a new install. Who expects damaged products on a new install? We reached out to the company to resolve these issues. The misaligned back splash is now fine, however the glue fingerprints remain visible and the island repair remains unacceptable. When we reached out again (and we had to reach out a number times before receiving a response) we were sent a 24 + page brochure on natural stone. Company directed us to a section of brochure titled ‘‘acceptable repairs’. We did not anticipate obvious repairs on a new install. Spoke with other local fabricators who said this type of repair on a new install would not be up to their standards.
