I went here the other day with and individual that I have for community habilitation. She lived in an ira and decided she wanted to live on her own independently. This individual can not read and has no idea how to pop her pills herself. But when I went into the med shop, every employee, pharmacist etc. came over and introduced themselves and made us feel so welcome!!! I asked about there blister packs that come prepackaged with each days meds. Therefore she only had to know one AM & one PM color pouch to pop in the morning and in the evening (which she was very capable of) and they said “of course we can do that” and we deliver!!! Wow, just wow! This was perfect and exactly what I wanted to hear as her staff person and very big advocate. Their personalities, sweetness, and the way they care about their customers was out of this world. Thank You so much Medicine Shop, you truly are amazing. Never change and keep on doing what you do. You were all so wonderful.

I've been to many pharmacies over the past 20 years, give or take. I became addicted to my pain medication, and every pharmacy I went to seemed to judge the people who are addicts, or just on any medication that is a controlled substance. They belittle you, or make it hard for you to get your meds. Meds that aren't controlled substances can be filled up to a week early, but if it's controlled meds they will make you wait until the very day. However, The Medicine Shoppe is the best pharmacy I've ever been to. They are polite, they treat you with respect, and they fill your scripts in the fastest time I've seen any other pharmacies do. As long as your doctor has done their part, then Medicine Shoppe can do their jobs. They are efficient, professional, helpful, and just down to earth people who work there. Number #1 pharmacy around.

Just called The Medicine Shoppe to transfer my prescriptions from CVS. They were so nice, and handled everything. I was traveling to Little Falls to fill my prescriptions from Sauquoit for the past 5 years. Just one phone call. I'm very happy.

Very quick, pharmacist there are VERY kind and respectful I changed over from Kinney's and do NOT regret it. I would have came to this place sooner if I'd known about it!! 10/10

The best place in the area to get you prescriptions filled, the staff is sooooo nice and courteous, plus they have fast free delivery! The staff at parkway drugs wish they ran a respectable pharmacy like the Medicine Shoppe in Washington Mills, sorry parkway drugs but after dealing with your DISrepectfull delivery drivers I've decded to take my ball and go to a way better pharmacy. Thank You

I’ve been going to the med shoppe for about 6 years and I’ve not once had a bad experience yes some places can’t do everything you want but even if they can’t they do everything in their power to try I won’t EVER take my business else where.
