The staff were friendly, helpful and responsive. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. The location is walking distance to the village. Would definitely recommend and would absolutely there there again!

Best boutique motel for the area and price. All amenities updated in room, feels like a fresh remodeling. No contact at desk but number answered immediately for help with key code checkin.

Make sure to check out the king suite with 2 bedrooms, comes with 1 king and 2 twins and is priced cheaper than a single room anywhere else in the area. Great find!

We absolutely loved staying here for our recent Lake Placid getaway. Location so close to the heart of the village was perfect. The unit was modern, clean, comfy, cozy, and beautifully decorated. We were originally booked at Placid Bay Hotel, but due to a scheduling mishap, weren't able to stay there so Miguel, the general manager, graciously upgraded us to stay in the 3-bedroom unit here. He and his team were a pleasure to work with and we're now lifelong fans of Weekender hotels. Miguel and his team define modern hospitality at its finest. One of the best stays we've had out of our many trips. Highly recommend staying at any of the Weekender properties if you can!

What a Gem! I didn’t know what to expect when I booked last minute, but wow were my expectations surpassed! Beautiful location, good service and lovely, clean modern rooms! Big TV with all streaming channels. I’d favor back in a second!

i’ve stayed here a few times now and absolutely love it. so clean and adorable rooms. really good $ too. it’s close to everything on the lake placid/mirror lake main strip. can definitely walk into town.

If you want a luxurious hotel without going bankrupt this is it. Impeccably clean, pet-friendly, easy walking distance to all Lake Placid offers, comfortable beds, high tech TV and alarm clocks, Keurig with Starbucks, Beekman soaps, kitchenette with fridge, microwave, utensils, plates, coffee cups, glasses,...parking in front of door, easiest check-in/check-out process that I've ever experienced (they email/text your door code), friendly staff, outside chairs, fire pit, outside pool (will experience when I go back in Summer). Normally I don't write reviews but this place was totally worth my time to leave my opinion. Very Happy Customer!!!

The Town House Lodge is a wonderful little motel just minutes away from the village of Lake Placid! You can easily walk to shops, restaurants, and the Olympic Center. Also, it's incredibly quiet considering how close the rooms are to each other. I've stayed here twice and have never heard people in the rooms next to us. The rooms have always been super clean and is pet friendly! We will be staying here again for sure!

An "old" Motel in an up-to-date style. We enjoyed staying there. The room was nice, the bed good and the towels just perfect (first thing to check in a hotel). Check-in means receiving the room # and door lock code by email which did not work for me. But a quick phone call and everything was fine. The hotel is only a short walk from Main St, and everything (even Lisa G's restaurant) is in walking distance.

Really clean room with two queen size beds. Received the door code electronically so there was no check-in process, which was great. Large flat screen tv in the room, along with a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and kuerig coffee maker. Great location within walking distance of downtown Lake Placid, a variety of cafes and shops. For the price this is a great option!

My stay here was excellent! My room was spotless and spacious. The king bed provided for excellent sleep during my stay. The room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen came in handy as well, with the grocery store being easily walkable to stock up on supplies. The hospitality was unmatched. Lisa was friendly and even helped me out with transportation a couple of times. I most definitely recommend Town House Lodge and would stay here again if I happen to find myself in Lake Placid again. Nice small updated hotel. Still doing updates that look like they will be really nice, like a common area kitchen. Everyone we spoke to were really friendly and helpful.

This hotel is a total gem. The customer service is outstanding. We called last minute to book due to a snowstorm, and Corey at the front desk was so incredibly helpful and accommodating. The rooms are clean, spacious and updated. Literally the largest hotel room I've ever stayed in. We are yoga people, so we had plenty of space to stretch after a full day of hiking. There is a common kitchen/lounge area, so you are able to cook dinner instead of eating out every night.

This is our first time going to Lake Placid (even though we only live 2 hours away!) and we will absolutely be going back and staying at this hotel again! The hotel was beautiful, it had a lovely salt water pool, fire pit, and communal kitchen. It was close enough to Main Street and the beach where it was a very comfortable walk but not right in the middle of the chaos of downtown. It also had a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. We stayed in the queen suite and it very comfortably fit 2 adults and 2 children. The rooms were clean and decorated beautifully! The suite was also very, very reasonably priced for a busy weekend!! My favorite part of this hotel was how easy they made the process. A few days before our scheduled stay we received the code to enter our room. No check in or check out at a desk, no keys to keep track of. It couldn't have been more convenient! And we weren't constantly pestered by knocks at the door every morning. The front desk was there if we needed them but otherwise totally non intrusive. I loved this place and will absolutely be back and recommend to friends and family!

I was a little nervous to stay at a small inn, but I was very impressed. It’s clear that the owners and staff spend time and effort to ensure the rooms and shared kitchen are pristine. Even though there was no traditional “check in” we saw staff every day and they were always friendly. The room was a little small, but it had everything we needed and the bed was really comfortable. We LOVED the little touches- there was free coffee and hot chocolate in the shared kitchen and several different creamers to choose from. It was much more affordable than the big hotels on the Main Street and just a short walk to the restaurants and shops.

My husband and I wanted a Thanksgiving Getaway for the 2 of us for 2 nights. Fiorella’s customer service was outstanding from the initial booking (immediately responsive to our questions and request for earlier arrival) to warmly and authentically greeting us and welcoming us, responsiveness during our stay, and warm farewell upon departure. We travel frequently and Fiorella is a rare gem who made our stay absolutely wonderful. Our room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable with top quality sheets, pillows, linens. The shower was amazing and bath towels were large and plush. It was quiet at night which allowed for great sleep. This lodge has a welcoming and open feel to all people and pets!!!!! If you are seeking lodging beyond a generic, book here!!! The other thing we appreciated was the shared kitchen space. We will definitely return and Fiorella is a big part of the reason why. Thank You!!!!!!

Booked online for the great price and location, but will definitely be coming back for the cleanliness, hospitality and overall wonderful feel. We were able to get into our room 2 hours early and when we talked of car trouble, the front desk offered to come get us herself. Everything we needed in the community kitchen for both cooking, games and meeting new people, and a nice fire out back. A short walk to downtown and room-side parking makes this our new go-to spot of Lake Placid!
