NWA Realty and Property Management

We started renting with them back in March of 2023- ever since then we have had no issues with this company. They have always been polite and if i put in a service request I do not feel like I am a burden. I asked what kind of light bulb of the higher ceiling lights had so I could buy one but they came out and replaced it themselves along with another service I requested. I also had a problem with a leak that they fixed but when I got a high high water bill they credited the difference to my account. Fair prices for a 3 bedroom in the heart of Fayetteville with excellent management and maintenance. Couldn't have asked for better.

Ashton was the best person be in contact with during my whole rental process! Didn’t have no issues was a really nice person and so professional!

We are on our 3rd year renewal of our lease with nwa realty and property management it was easy application and approval process rent has been elevated at reasonable rate for cost of living inflation and when error happened and we got charge a month to month rate they were very prompt crediting it back to account overall it has been a pleasant landlord tenant experience

Great place and like the way it is private and easy to work with as in payment and if u have a question and they have on call maintenance but I never needed I love fixing things lol great place.

One of the best management companies I have experienced. Very prompt and on time for repairs when needed. I have not experienced any issues with them. They have been very easy to deal with. They truly care about tenants much more than the standard management services out there. They don’t treat you like a number… they treat you like a normal human being.

Such a great experience! They quickly approved our application and communicated with us through everything. We were also able to move in a few days early which saved us a lot of trouble

This company has managed my properties extremely well over the past several years. As an owner, I have complete trust that decisions are being made that are in the best interest of both the tenant and landlord. As a tenant, if you've done what you've agreed to do, then I would expect you also have had a good experience with NWA Realty and Property Management.

Absolutely amazing people to lease from. Khandice is extremely responsive to every concern and email (no matter how big or small) and is super friendly. My condo/townhouse was super clean. The maintenance man always left a tag on my door when he was on the property doing service and the couple times our paths crossed he was beyond friendly. Anytime they needed to schedule maintenance for the property they always notified us well ahead of time. Such amazing people to work with, talk to, and just be apart of…they make their property become your home.

My husband and I are very pleased and grateful how well Ronnie and his team manage and take such great care of our property and tenants. It's our first property to manage and they have truly made the whole process stress free. So glad we chose to go with NWA Realty and Property!!!

Rented a townhouse through NWA realty for the last year and I’ve been satisfied with everything. Especially the speed of service on maintenance requests if needed. Office has also been super helpful with any questions or concerns that may have occurred. Would definitely recommend!

Ronnie and his team take great care of our rental property and the tenants. They have routine pest control done and visit the property quarterly to be sure the air filters are changed and the property is in tip top shape.
