Mattress Firm Downtown Bellevue

Wow, talk about an unexpected fantastic experience! I had to buy a new mattress recently and I know Mattress Firm has a good variety of options etc...which they did. What I didn't expect was the amazing customer service. I was fortunate enough to meet Kristi at the Bellevue store and she was absolutely a delight to work with!
As soon as I stepped through the door, Kristi extended a genuinely pleasant greeting, explained the layout of the store and then gave me space to check things out on my own...which I appreciated. She has excellent intuition for knowing when to follow up and presented herself at perfect intervals to explain features etc... She is extremely knowledgeable about the products and mentioned a handful of things I had not considered. Talk about adding major value to my experience! Lastly, and this is the best part, it was obvious to me that she really cared about my unique needs and wanted to make sure I found the right product. Finding someone this knowledgeable, who you can tell has a genuine, heart-felt desire to make sure the customer has a great experience seems like a fleeting scenario these days. Kristi is the real deal! If you get a chance to work with her, I trust you will be as pleasantly surprised as I was. Thank you Kristi for making what I thought would be a mundane purchase into a really positive and efficient experience!

It was an awesome experience visiting Mattress Firm. We just went there for a casual tour and ended up buying a mattress, 2-pillows, protector, and adjustable frame, and that too at a very reasonable rate.

Please look for Kristie whenever you visit the store. I found her a great asset for the company. Her client handling skills are exceptional. Our kids were also very pleased with her.

Wilson was amazing. He knew everything about the products on the floor, in the warehouse and at the competitors. He was very relaxed and didn’t pressure us. When it came to money, he gave us a great creative solution that saved us thousands. He did the right thing for us, instead of the size of his commission! Fantastic place, the staff was wonderful, especially Elle, she really helped us pick our perfect mattress, with an extremely friendly and nice personality, and kept an eye on us throughout the entire process.

We even had some delivery troubles (FedEx fault) and she made sure all of our issues were solved.

We had a great experience trying out different bedding solutions. Kristi was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. She took care to listen to our sleep habits and feedback on different mattresses. She gave us several options for base and mattress which allowed us to walk away with happy knowing we found the right sleeping setup. Highly recommend the location and staff, especially if you are unsure of what type of mattress you need.

It was very nice to learn about the different qualities of mattresses and to be able to get an idea of what I would like to have in my home. The manager was very friendly and patient. I appreciate the time he took with helping me.

Sonny helped me with my mattress purchase today and I’d give the experience 100000 stars! He is super nice, professional and knowledgeable. He showed me an adjustable based one to start with and asked about my sleep position, temperature preference, firmness preference, etc. He even pulled up my previous purchase history so I can have a good reference in terms of what I like and dislike about the previous ones. He also walked me through the delivery options, 120 night sleep trial policies, etc. He really cares about customers full experience. It was a breeze working with him today and I’m super looking forward to have the mattress delivered to me in just a couple days.

Went there today to get a mattress. We were helped by James, he knows all the mattresses in and out. He helped us choose a mattress that suited our needs. It would have been very difficult to choose the right mattress if it wasn’t for James. He walked us through the entire store, he was very patient and did not push us to make a decision, a big shout out to James!
