They had their work cut out for them, replacing an old rusty furnace from our 100-year-old home and installing a new one, but Kenny and his crew made it happen and we could not be happier with how the project turned out. From his initial consultation all the way through to the point where they hauled out the old unit, they took good care of us. The new furnace is very efficient and keeps our home comfortable. Comfort Experts has our highest recommendation, and we would not hesitate to contact them for any future HVAC projects.

UPDATE: As (bad) luck would have it, our air conditioner went out less than four months after we had our furnace replaced by Comfort Experts. Because we had a great experience with the furnace replacement, they were the first company I called to address the a/c problem. Unfortunately, the existing unit could not be repaired, so I had Comfort Experts put in a new high-efficiency air conditioner. The project went very well, and my overall experience with them was again very satisfactory. They still have my highest recommendation.

Comfort Experts is an exceptional company. Every time we call them for a furnace or AC need, they get out here quickly. We requested a replacement UV air protection device to be added to our furnace and it was installed very quickly and Kenny explained thoroughly how the unit works. He also cleaned and checked the furnace, replaced clogged drainage hoses from the furnace and humidifier and was completed in less than 3o minutes. They are such a reasonable and reliable company and I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

The team at Comfort Experts is prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. They always take the time to explain what is going on with our equipment. Until Comfort, one of our rooftop heaters was in need of repair 3-4 times per year. Comfort has worked to find the root of the problem and correct it so that we have a working heater. When the temperature fell below freezing, the furnace would not come on. Because the home was purchased with a home warranty supplied by the seller, we called them. It took another day before they came out. They simply said there was rust in the furnace and they could only replace the whole HVAC system. We called Comfort Experts who has always given us great service. They came immediately and quickly diagnosed the problem as the exhaust pipe on the high efficiency furnace being clog. The pope was clean out quickly and the furnace began working. I cannot say enough about the excellent service we received and how thankful we are to Comfort Experts.

I am a traveling contractor from out-of-state and reach out to comfort Experts to have the AC units evaluated and have a second opinion on the warehouse that I am currently working on. The father and son team came and took care of me. I could choose to deal with big box companies, but in my professional opinion, I rather stick with a local mom and pop shop like comfort espirits. They will exceed any expectation that you have. And you also see the bond between father and son. As the father teaches the son a new trade to have his legacy live on. Great company. From the first call I placed, they were responsive and I could tell they cared. My A/C went during a bad heat wave. I had scheduled 4 other companies prior and none showed. Best service possible. Our AC went out the day before the heatwave, they came out within 2 hours, and unfortunately due to the age of our equipment, we needed not only the AC, but a new furnace too. They quoted us a lower cost for both, than most quoted us for the just the AC! Then they installed both 3 days later. Fantastic job. You couldn,t even tell they were there.
