I can't say enough good things about Jared and the team at Smith Street Auto. They helped me out immensely recently when my car broke down on a remote mountain road and needed a tow and repair. Jared truly went above and beyond anything I would expect and also made sure I understood what was going on and had my questions answered the whole time. Would give this place way more than five stars if I could!

These guys were absolutely 100% awesome. The time they took with me was amazing and they personally reached out to make sure I was okay on the road. And price wow very reasonable. And go above and beyond for there customer's regardless of whether they are neighbors or strangers new to the area. I'm in love already and so is my Chevy

Don’t ask for a price for a simple tire mount or alignment. The lady will be rude and tell you that you are shopping around. Yeahh lady I am shopping around and would like to know how much a simple task would be before hand. If something else arises during a simple tire mount and alignment you call the customer and explain what’s going on. Was unable to direct me to a manager and hung up. Oh well there are other shops around. They have enough customers I suppose. Hope the owner is happy to know that the money is not going in his pocket due to their customer service. Thanks guys and keep up the good work.

Had a very GREAT experience with Smith Street Auto. Had some problems with a vehicle he was the fairest and best mechanic I have dealt with. I left with a safe roadworthy vehicle that has served me well 4 years.

Our car had an AC leak 1.5 hours into a 7 hour drive. We pulled in to Smith Street to see about a quick assist and they were awesome! Helped us immediately identify the problem and get us back on the road. Totally know what they are doing and super virtuous!

My car broke down on my moving to Vermont. Your friends at smith auto helped me out and showed me around town/to my Airbnb while my car got worked on. They got me back on the road by the next morning, one of the fastest and most fair priced mechanic out there. If it wasn’t for his pricing I wouldn’t of been able to move. Found a great used Jeep for a great price. Great people to work with. Very nice to explain the process of buying a vehicle and that they wanted to check it over well before I pick it up.

These guys rescued us from the roadside, diagnosed our problem, and got us going again in 3 hrs flat, on a Saturday afternoon. All with good cheer. Truly remarkable service!!

Broken Ball Joint on Christmas Eve. They reopened for us and found the parts and fixed my Tacoma in One hour. I recommend the Pope nominate them for the first Car shop to be a Saint!

Plus, he is determined to figure out what's wrong with you're vehicle, and won't give up until it is fixed right. No guessing games there!
