Line-X of Southern Ohio

Let me start off by saying that I don't just let anyone work on my vehicles.
I purchased a new Ford truck, and part of the deal was to have a line-x spray in bed liner. The dealership uses linex of southern Ohio.
I had some concerns as I wanted the bed bolts removed, tie down hooks removed and all tailgate hardware removed before spraying.
When I called to confirm the appointment, all my worries were put to ease. We had a great conversation about the process and I didn't even have to ask about removing the hardware. It was something they do. Due to my schedule I had to drop the truck before opening and pick up after opening. All I can say is wow. The install is flawless. Better than factory, or any other I have seen. If you want line-x, this is the place. 10/10

Great customer service. Good selection. These guys even ordered a product for me which never came in. The team then found the product somewhere else and called to tell me where I could it more quickly. This will be the only place I go for truck accessories because of their service levels!

had line x spray bed liner. and i purchased running boards for my 2022 chev truck. was a great experience and workmanship was outstanding. Just added a tri fold bed cover and had running steps spayed with line x. all around great experience. they did not try to sell me more than I needed. but did explain all the options in all the bed covers. I will continue to do business with line x

Jimmy and brad know how to treat customers. Great pricing and excellent service. By far the best in the tri state. Got a spray in liner and a water proof top for a new ford 350. Wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.

I have known Frank and the guys at Line-X / Pro Audio for almost 30 years. No matter where I have moved to, I make the drive to take any vehicles that I want modified to Frank and his team. My husband and I recently purchased a Jeep Gladiator and want a topper for it - Frank was our first call. He took his time walking us through options on the capper, and really helped us think through what we really needed and how we needed the capper to function best for our needs. We also decided to upgrade our halogen lights to LEDs and his team walked us through several options that best met our needs and budget.

Making the over hour drive from Sparta, KY is worth every mile. I can't say enough great things about Line-X of Southern Ohio. Do yourself a favor and take all your vehicle modification needs to Frank and his team. You won't be disappointed.

They installed three dash cams in my family's cars. Did quick clean work. All wires hidden etc. They was booked up for about a week however that is a sighn of how well they are.

Took my boat to Frank and Jimmy at Line-X Pro Audio for a complete JL audio system install. I do not ever post reviews but in this case I cant say enough good things about their attention to detail. I am very particular and they took care of my boat like it was theirs throughout the entire process. I wont hesitate to use them again for any audio purchases in the future.

I would recommend this shop to anyone, beyond just the great quality of the work they produce, they are consultative and a pleasure to work with all around. I took in my front grill and all four fender flares to be line-x coated, the job was completed quickly and improved the overall durability of each piece I brought.

This shop is consistently recommended across pretty much all dealerships that don't have their own shop to do spray-in bedliners. And even if the dealership would have their own shop to do this, I would recommend to forego the dealer option and take your truck to Line-X of Southern Ohio.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with the team there! They helped me pick out the best options to protect my investment in the new truck and they are certainly competitive price wise.

I had them do additional things like bed steps and tonneau covers as well, and the upcharge for them doing it all instead of me buying it from somewhere over the internet and installing it myself is minimal. The work they do is absolutely excellent and warrantied as well. Totally worth it.

The customer service was exemplary, lead time was short, the turnaround quick, the price good and the work was outstanding. You really can't ask for more.

They are really THE place to go for bedliners, tonneau covers and a whole host of other accessories in greater Cincinnati.

So happy we decided to get a bed liner in our truck at Line-X! Definitely worth the cost! Didn't take to long either. We will definitely be returning for some other things we want to do with our truck! Highly recommend this place.

My father in law and I had both of our truck beds lined there. We drove all the way from Indiana after seeing the quality of the work done there. I cant say enough great things about this location or its friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff. They take the time to explain every single detail of the process and answer any questions you have. I was very impressed with their no nonsense honesty. I was leaning toward a premium package and was educated by the staff that wouldn't be my best option for how I use my liner. This saved the look of my liner for the future and us some money! The showroom and bathrooms are immaculate! They offer so much more than bed liners. They display and sell a variety of bed covers and caps, rims, tires, accessories and they do leveling kits and window tinting. I will definitely be going back in the near future!

I had a spray in bed liner installed. They were quick with the work, very friendly, and I could not believe how neat their work was. I was afraid of overspray, after reading reviews of one of their competitors, but it was perfect! I will definitely visit them again for other products since I noticed they have a large selection and were really helpful at explaining what would work best for me - and was actually a much lower price item than what I was originally looking at.

Quick service, great group of guys took a 2023 Chevy Traverse in to get the windows tinted. They did a great job! The car looks slick and well worth the price. Thank you Linex.

Love the lining! However, they put a sticker on back window. I don't like stickers on my vehicles. Other than that, excellent customer service, no price gouging to a younger female, answered all my questions, done in a timely manner. Thank you!

Absolutely great experience. This is the place to go. Great advice and superior service. Ordered a tonneau cover and they called as soon as it was in. I wasn’t going to able to have time available for about three weeks to get it installed and they were OK with that. The day prior to the installation I got a courtesy call as a reminder and I really appreciated that. Once it was installed they had me check it out and went over how to open and also remove if necessary, before they asked for payment. Great service. Highly recommend.

Best around! They coated the whole bottom side of my car and jimmy took the extra time to tape everything off good so no overspray! Frank made the whole thing a breeze like always.
