Emoticakes

Amy made a cake and mini cupcakes for our wedding on October 8th, 2023. They were delicious!! We had 4 different flavors of cupcakes (PeanutButter chocolate, red velvet, cookies and cream, and mint chocolate cookie) and Godiva chocolate raspberry cake and tried other flavors during our tasting and everything was amazing. Amy also provided delivery and set up and provided the stands for the cupcakes and cake. We will definitely be ordering more in the future!

I ordered a dozen cupcakes: red velvet with cream cheese frosting and chocolate with peanut butter frosting. Working with Emoticakes was easy from. requesting to pick up.

They were delicious! The frosting on both were smooth and had the right sweetness. I'm somebody who has to take off half the frosting usually but this frosting was too delicious to even consider getting rid of it. The red velvet was a little dry but the frosting made up for that.

I'm not usually a chocolate person (my partner is though) but this chocolate cupcake was so moist and tasty. The peanut butter frosting complimented it perfectly.

I loved the cupcakes and hope I receive them in the future!

I had three pleasure of being introduced to Emoticakes at the hospital Cafe when I tried one of Amy's cookies (a white chocolate cashew sugar cookie) that's was GF. I didn't have high hopes because usually GF everything is so dry and crunchy, but this was crisp without being tough. I was so excited I had to call to thank her for doing this.

A few weeks later I decided to order myself a treat for the holidays. Amy's online order form was clear, easy to fill in on my phone, and allowed me to special order cookies that didn't exist until Amy made them (GF raspberry pecan dark chocolate oatmeal cookies). In addition, the bakery delivered right to my home in downtown. There was no part of this process that wasn't a total pleasure, but the best part is having these wonderful cookies for the holidays is I finally can enjoy the yummy of the holidays without making myself sick (please note the missing bite because I just couldn't help myself). 10 out of 10 would order from again (in fact I plan to see if Amy would be willing to recreate my birthday cake next year🥰).

We had emoticakes take care of our wedding desserts and we could not recommend them enough! Amy organized a delicious tasting for us and many of our guests raved about how delicious the cupcakes were! Thanks so much Amy!

Great job by Amy. I emailed her a few pictures of the idea I wanted and she camp up with this design herself. My girlfriend teared up when she saw it. She loved it so much and it was more excited about the cake than anything else I got her.
The cake was also extremely delicious. The price is very reasonable as well. In my opinion it’s definitely worth it to spend a few extra dollars to get something that is really going to make somebody happy on their birthday.

Wow! Impressive! My family was visiting the Finger Lakes for wine and celebrate my mom's 75th Birthday. I was shopping around for a bakery on Google and found Emoticakes. Ordered a small round with Strawberry and Chocolate layers with buttercream icing. We were not disappointed at all. The cake was rich in flavors and decorated beautifully with the requested flowers. If we celebrate anything again while in the Finger Lakes region, I will be seeking out Emoticakes again.

Amy designed an amazing cake for my son's 21st birthday! The cake tasted as great as it looked! I highly recommend working with Amy as she is an incredibly talented baker and a great person!

Amy did an amazing job with the two cakes we ordered for my son's first birthday. She did all this in such a short notice. And delivered the cakes on a holiday. The level of details on the cake was unprecedented. The tasted very good as well. Highly recommended!

My wife and I got married in Ithaca in July 2022, and Emoticakes came recommend to us by our wedding venue. We don’t live locally, and when we were passing through we reached out to her on very short notice to see if we could meet with her to talk about her wedding cake services. She was extremely quick to respond, and welcomed us to her home, AND baked us a cake all within 24 hours. It was delicious, and we were so lucky that she agreed to bake not just our wedding cake, but also assorted cupcakes and cookies to serve at our wedding. She was able to go the extra mile and make vegan cupcakes for several of our guests, and was incredible thoughtful and easy to work with. Again, the cakes were amazing, the best we’ve ever had, and so many of our guests kept asking where we got them from. We are so grateful that Amy worked with us to help create an amazing wedding day. If you are looking for a cake for a wedding or special event, we can’t recommend Amy enough!

Amy made delicious carrot cake and three kinds of cupcakes for our family reunion/anniversary party in June. Best carrot cake ever! It and all the cupcakes flew off the plates. Wonderful experience working with Amy, too. I highly recommend Emoticakes!

Amy was amazing. I wanted a NY Yankees cake for my nephew's graduation and she did a superb job! Not only was the cake exactly what i wanted but it just may be the best cake I've ever tasted! So moist and delicious.. everyone loved it! She was great with communication over email and was just a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend her!! Thank you Amy!

Amy made two beautiful and delicious cakes for the cast party of a local theatre production. The cakes were amazing and everyone loved the designs. She also made some delicious GF brownie cupcakes that were a perfect addition. Thank you so much!

Working with Amy for our wedding was probably the most pleasurable experience we had out of all of our vendors! She was able to do for us more than 100 cupcakes in 2 different flavors (chocolate peanut butter and lemon raspberry) as well as a cutting cake for just us in chocolate raspberry. She’s incredible at making cakes light and satisfying where you might think they’d be heavy and too much. Even our chocolate peanut butter cupcake wasn’t overwhelming for us or the guests! Throughout the wedding planning process my wife and I would always say “and cupcakes are taken care of, no worries about that” because we knew we didn’t have to stress. The consultation was professional and she had a variety of options for us to really nail down how we wanted our flavors done. She checked in with us frequently throughout the planning which was great. She really went above and beyond making our vision a reality. We know she spent a lot of time looking for cupcake wrappers that we really wanted, a cupcake tower that she purchased outright just for us to rent from her, and the teal sprinkles that covered the entire cutting cake were just awesome. We also really appreciated the small batch of rum and coke flavored cupcakes she threw in for just us. It’s my wife’s favorite drink she was drinking on our first date! We’ve now decided that every year for our wedding anniversary we plan on getting in touch with Amy for a cake as a gift to ourselves! If you haven’t already contacted her for your wedding cake or special event cake you should do it right away!

Had such a great experience working with Amy! She was so easy to communicate with and even made picking up the cake more convenient for us. My 4 yr old was THRILLED with her beautiful princess cake, and it was delicious!

I have tried 2 different kinds of cakes made by Amy and she creates the most delicious cream cheese frostings and moist cakes I've ever had. She really has talent, is very sweet & flexible with timing. A wonderful Baker who would not disappoint on any occasion.

I am from out of state. I ordered completely though emails and this was extremely easy. I wanted a dozen of cookies for my son that is stuck at college during February break. I wanted an assortment especially with chocolate chip cookies. My son received his special delivery and truly enjoyed the cookies. He said they absolutely delicious! It was a special moment for a mom living so far away to know that her son received fresh warm cookies at his dorm! I will continue to order these cookies and more! I definitely recommend this bakery!

My daughter ordered cupcakes for her gender reveal party and they were absolutely perfect. They were beautiful and delicious. SO delicious.

Amy at Emoticakes is amazing! She baked our wedding cake and cupcakes. The cake and all four kinds of cupcakes were delicious, but the vegan and gluten-free cupcakes were especially good, seriously! One of my favorite compliments from our wedding came from a friend who said this was the first event she’s ever been to that provided a vegan dessert option. It was so awesome to be able to have something for our vegan and GF guests that was just as delicious as the treats for everyone else.
Also, last winter my now-husband ordered me a birthday cake from Amy that was chocolate with peanut butter frosting and seriously now my mouth is watering just remembering it.
We are so happy that we ordered from Emoticakes before and we will definitely be doing it again!
