I shop here often. They have a good selection of everything I need and if I don't see what I need they will order it. The staff is great!

Absolutely amazing grocery store. I go here everyday during the week for lunch. All the staff I've met are super friendly and welcoming. The food is really good and they switch up the specials regularly. Prices are pretty fair seeing as it's the closest grocery store to town unless you want to go down to Ithaca. Again, I can overstate how awesome the staff are. Also, everyone inside wears a mask properly, so I feel pretty safe when I'm shopping.

I love that the store is family owned and operated. I think that's part of why they have such good service and lots of items that locals want. I really appreciate the vegan options that they have and their great bakery. Being locally owned and operated also helps keep more money in the community to help us prosper.

Shursave had undergone a renovation and looks fabulous. Clean wide aisles. Friendly knowledgeable helpful staff. Variety of gourmet items. A deli with many selections. A great cheese selection. I go here sometimes instead of Wegmans because it is clear and easiest to get to. I also love the other stores I this little shopping center.

Not a big-chain grocery store in any way. Think of Wegmans and then imagine the exact opposite. This is an expansive store with everyday grocery items of every kind. The produce section is tidy but certainly not expansive; on the plus side, the produce section does have some locally grown greens and veggies. Every other section of this store is large and well-stocked: the frozen goods, canned goods, meat, and dairy. What makes this store unique, to my mind, is that you can also buy things like camping extras ... it's a great one-stop store.

An excellent grocery store located just outside of the village of Trumansburg. Very friendly staff, clean and well-run establishment. A variety of foods to suit most diets. Plenty of free parking. A local staple for many years!

This is a good small- to medium-sized grocery. They have all the basics, so you can save a trip to Ithaca if you discover you are out of something.

Produce is basic, and prices are a little high across the board but not outrageously so. You're paying for the delivery truck going out of its way and for the convenience of having a good grocery store nearby (for the T-burg, Interlaken, Hector, Mecklenburg, Enfield folks, that is.)

The area where this store especially excels is in the meat department. They have one of the best (if not THE BEST) in the Ithaca area for basic cuts of beef, chicken, and pork. Also have excellent sausage made in-house.

Again, not the place to go for exotic stuff or fresh seafood (not bad, just not their thing), but if you want a basic cut or roast, it might be worth it to travel -- especially when they have sales, like chicken for $0.98/lb.

They also carry a good selection of local products, and are willing to special order things upon request. Store is clean and staff is friendly. Could not ask for more in a smallish town.

One of the best local grocery stores I know of. Big enough where you can get everything you need. A lot of local products, great natural/ organic selection. They even give out their flyers a week ahead.

I love this place! Fancy interior with very affordable process on shur-save brand items including but not limited to cereal, coffee, and biscuit dough. When I lived in Ithaca I did most of my grocery shopping here and used my points toward fuel discounts at the Sunoco attached to the store. For clarification, this isn't a convenience store. This is a full size grocery store with a gas station on the premises similar to BJ's.

WE are so lucky to have this store near us. Always a pleasure to shop there. Accommodating staff and great selection and prices too.

Shop there every week. Great meats and produce, friendly staff. Little pricier than in Ithaca but who wants to deal with those crowds?

ShurSave is the go-to supermarket for our local area & I think it's terrific. Fine selection, excellent meats, nice employees, competitive prices. Highly recommended.

Stopped in here for a beer run while staying at the state park and staff was friendly and it had everything we were looking for in a snack run. Convenient being only a 5 minute drive from the park, too.

It is a very nice place to shop. Everyone is really nice and helpful. Even the other customers are so pleasant.

Prices are a lot higher than expected. Place is nice and well maintained. Its about 50/50 if the cashier is nice and respectful though.
