Great place. The neighbors are nice. Quiet for the location. The place is newly renovated and looks nice with newer appliances and a garbage disposal. The only flaw i can see is that there are an ungodly amount of ants. I haven’t had too many in the apartment but they are there.

I visited a few weeks ago and really loved the area. It’s sooooo quiet considering the location. Super personable/friendly staff and I can’t wait to visit again before making a final decision!!!!!

Was a Resident for 2 years. Overall I had an alright stay there. I loved the granite counter tops and updated/renovated look. Silver finish on all the faucets and door handles, white baseboards which i loved also. Comes with washer/dryer! A couple instances where maintenance came out for stuff, left, never came back to finish. I just left it alone because I knew I was leaving soon enough. Gunks of dirt comes out of the sides of tub while showering. Was told it was up to me to clean it when I inquired about it first week I moved in. Not a pleasant sight to see while trying to clean your body. Leasing management changes often. Rent kept going up, no amenities. No pool or gym, small space. Found a place double the size for not that much more in a safer area. Area in the back near freeway is dirty, trash everywhere. Multiple car break ins (including mine twice) and a friend came over one evening, came back out, everything rummaged thru in his car. Walmart was less than 5 min away, I will miss that. Moving out was easy enough, still waiting on deposit back but I know that takes time...

Updated for new management: management is more helpful, but still have issues to fix. Area isn’t the world’s best, but the you get an okay spot for a decent price for how renting is in Columbus. Still suggest to look elsewhere if possible and affordable.

Fine apartments, but the staff is very unprofessional. Constantly accusing tenants of late rent payments despite having the receipts from payments, never at the office and very hard to get in touch of, and they just never have their business in order. On top of this, there have been quite a few problems with things such as ants, leaks, and appliances not working - this would be manageable, IF the maintenance team handled these things well or at all. In order to get help or answers it normally takes badgering and jumping through hoops, and even then things take a long time to get solved (if they do...). I would not recommend living here - find somewhere else.

RUN while you can!! If you don’t want unwanted guest “RATS” look else where I’ve caught 3 in my kitchen, bathroom and closet terrified to live in my home sadly no type of help has been given from landlord will be in contact with Public Health who has scheduled an appointment to come checkout the apartment. Have seen black mold in the unit as well nobody come to help just fixes over the problem but no repairs are ever made ! If you have small children or pets or even wanna feel comfortable in your own home do not look here !! Very clean person so definitely is a serous concern here.

The personnel that picked up the phone was absolutely so rude and said it was her 2nd day on the job and couldn’t answer any of my leasing questions…. So rude and do not recommend. Just image how it would be after you move in if they can’t answer your simple questions.

Been here for too many years.. From 2013 - present there have been at least 8 property management companies. Only 1 of them was doing a half decent job.

Number 8 started October 1st 2023! Each company promises to be better and fix all that is broken.

NOPE!

And each company finds a way to put ALL cost on the resident. It went from water/sewer and garbage included for a flat fee of $30 per month to ... water bill broken apart and fluctuating as high as $75.00 by itself + a fee to pay a company to process the water bill + a building maintenance fee + a pest control fee even if you never call for service.

The area is not at all worth what they charge for the apartments here. There are NO amenities. And I mean none. There is no wi-fi, no pool, no club house/recreation area, no gym, nothing included in the rent.

Each company jacks up the rent a few hundred dollars. You get a better deal other places like Grandview, Upper Arlington, Dublin, and near osu hospital than you do here. You get nothing for your money at Creekbend. The property is old and very outdated and rundown.

People don't pick up after their dogs, so don't walk in the grass. There are dips in the grass that fill with water and are infested with mosquitoes. Patio banisters are made from wood and often have bees or hornets nests in them and so does the vinyl siding and window trim of the apartments. All of the wooden banisters are rotted so its dangerous if you have kids, they are literally falling over at some apartments. The vinyl sidings are cracked and missing in a lot of places. The concrete pathways are broken up. There is a colony of rats running around outside and around one of the units. The apartments are on slabs of concrete and you can see the cracks in the patio. The bathrooms are like a tiny closet only big enough to fit a tub and toilet in some units so your sink is outside the bathroom.

I'm stuck here until I can find a way to save enough money to leave.

Do the math... some places want a deposit + 1st & last month's rent. A decent 2 bedroom apartment in a nice starts at $1,300.00 mo. but at least you get some amenities.

Creekbend is asking close to $1,500.00 for a small 2 bedroom unit and this place is beat up.

RUN, RUN, RUN!!!! Been here 2 years and currently on 3rd management. I’ve had a broken shower for over a year. Mold, broken blinds, broken washer, RATS, car thefts, towing your car when you have a parking pass and most other cars don’t!!!!!….etc, etc, etc. Can’t pay this months rent because the website is down and they are never in the office! I’m disgusted places can run like this.

We lived in a one bedroom for a year loved it no problems then we upgraded to a two bedroom apartment with a horrible condition. Rained inside my house couldn’t get out my door. If it rained couldn’t use my washer dryer blinds was broke door knobs off maintenance will not come and fix anything. There’s no communication from corporate, so I gave them. I noticed that I was moving out. I cannot live in those conditions after I moved out. They found an eviction on me. I don’t know how that’s possible when I did not live there anymore and they knew that I was moving and had me turn my key in with that being a move forward with an eviction now me being a foster mother I’m having problems with finding housing two years later and I still can’t get nobody to respond to me such a disappointment because I did enjoy living there

Horrible place to live there are rats coming in to your apartment even if you keep clean. Nothing ever gets fixed even if you insist on it week after week. Moldy areas inside apartment. Complain all you want to the office staff and it will still not get done. Cars routinely get broken into. Very unsafe. Office is routinely closed and you can never get them on the phone. Run away.

I honestly had high expectations for this place when we moved in. The apartments are nice enough on the inside. But then they changed management a few times. The quality slowly declined with each shift in management. Nothing ever seemed to be documented correctly, or the people in the office just had no idea what was going on half of the time. And with recent management most of our issues had been brushed off to make it seem as if they would be taken care of. But were really just swept under the rug and forgotten about every time. And they have no security, or any intention of getting security, many of us had our garages and vehicles broken into multiple times. I would recommend this place to no one.

I wouldn't even rate it 1 star. I've had a leak under the window for over 1 year. Keep being told we fixed it. It's not been fixed because every time it rains the carpet is soaked. I'm positive that there is mold under the carpet and in the wall. Anytime something needs fixed it takes forever. My lease isn't up until December but why would I stay somewhere when it's a hazard to my health as well as my dogs health. Too many promises made but none kept. I will not recommend Creekbend or Hiddencreek to nobody
