I have rented from Pat at two different properties over a total of 4 years, and she helped me buy two houses and helped my dad buy two houses. She is warm, knowledgable and professional. And her properties are well-maintained. I rented for many years and Pat's places were the best because she is responsive and attentive. I am dumbfounded by these negative reviews. My advice is to call Pat and find out for yourself how great she is.

This is where my dentist is located. Sometimes, the parking is pretty tight. But the building is clean, and the staff is friendly.

A good place to visit got good information and I'm looking forward to dealing with them in the future

Very unprofessional. Left multiple messages and my calls were never returned by an agent. We wanted to put an offer on a listing. I called the day after it was listed and again two days later. Attempted to visit the open house and nobody was there. Called the office again and they stated the open house had been cancelled. Nothing was updated online. If this is how little they respect possible buyer time, I’m not sure how confident I would be allowing them to sell my home or help me buy a home.

Update: Received a VM and a text after posting this review from the agent. Her voicemail said she didn’t know what was going on and didn’t acknowledge or apologize for disrespecting our time. Truly a sad experience all around.

If I could give negative stars, I would. My husband lived in one of Pat Kearns-Davis's buildings for 14 months and our roof started leaking 1 month in. We sent repair requests and photos of the roof falling in and water leaking down the walls for 13 months and they did nothing but patch the inside so it looked better, which does nothing for the actual leak.

When we tried to break our lease to move elsewhere, she tried to force us into paying out the remainder because she knew the apartment wasn't in any kind of rentable condition and no new renter would have it. We finally had to threaten to sue her and have a lawyer send her a certified letter before she let us out. And while we had water running down our walls she had the audacity to increase our rent.

The lawyer we spoke to said the lease was predatory in the way it was written and that such leases are actually illegal.

I hate Google for not letting me rate negative stars. Never rent from Pat Davis. Awful, and a bully. You're better off renting in osu campus.
