I Am absolutely astounded at how WONDERFUL Bed Bug Solutions are & have been to me & my family! I personally can’t afford expensive heat treatments that cost up to 3 grand & your left with no warranty! Also I’ve never had a major infestation either, so don’t ever think bed bugs are only after dirty people because I can assure you my home is very clean, Anyhow this company has saved my sanity because I have horrible anxiety and bed bugs only make matters worse.

The ladies that came to my house did a great job. Did the entire house, I even asked for the upstairs and they took care of it. I asked about the carpenter bees out back under the deck railing and they said to shoot the office a call and they can handle those as well. Overall very satisfied!

You can tell they enjoy their work and want to do it right the first time. Completely gone and never seen again. We started using them for a yearly spray for bed bugs and regular bug control. This company came and provided service to my fiancee and me on a holiday weekend last-minute. We closed on a home only to find two days before move-in evidence of a historical bedbug infestation. I contacted Bed Bug Solutions because I was petrified I had bed bugs in my upstairs office. I knew something was off about my experience though. They were quick to respond to my inquiry and we had a phone call about my problem. The staff member told me I likely had bat bugs, not bed bugs. I had recently had a bat exclusion near the office space, so that made sense. I had never heard of bat bugs before though, so I did not know this was possible. I scheduled an extermination appointment for general extermination and inspection. That was also a wonderful experience as I learned a lot. The staff member indicated I did not need an extermination right now either. I think many companies would take advantage of my situation be either not telling me these were bat bugs or by providing extermination for other things without it being necessary. I will definitely use them in the future when I need something. Very pleased!

This Company is extremely professional, honest, considerate, and kind. They arrive in a private, unmarked vehicle. They wear every day clothes. Your neighbors would never know what is going on when they are doing their inspections and treating your home.

I was very impressed with the attention to detail and thorough work they went into this service. I've had treatments from other companies and no one can compare. I saw these techs pull mattress covers off to spray the mattresses even though they were also spraying the covered mattresses too. They looked under and around things. I mean WOW. Bed Bug Solutions is a fantastic business for bed bug removal. A relatives home had to have almost everything thrown away due to bed bugs. We moved the relative out of the house and their health starting improving within two days. They are very thoughtful while going thru possessions to try and treat to salvage as much personal property as possible. They handle every item and save as much possible while creating a clean, safe home for the resident.
They responded very quickly to our needs and performed exactly like a caring family member would in a time of need. They removed five dumpsters of damaged items and left the home ahead of schedule, very clean and organized. The items that were treated and kept were placed in large storage tubs for us to go thru at a later date.
They have a schedule to come back in a few weeks and that inspection is included in the contract price. Their crew was prompt to arrive, finished ahead of schedule and care for your place as if it's their own home.

Absolutely wonderful company and people! Truly amazing. I was overly stressed and crying when they showed up. They made me feel comfortable and eased my mind! Compassionate on what I thought was the end of the world lol. I never saw a bug after the first spray, I'm already sleeping better lol. The just came back for the follow up, said everything looks great and my warranty starts. I recommend this company for their knowledge, compassion and pricing! Don't go anywhere else!

I couldn't be happier with this service! Their work was exceptional, I was kept informed of the progress each day, and when it was complete and I re-entered my home, I was astonished at the transformation. I can hardly imagine the amount of work that went into the cleanup involved. I would give this company my highest recommendation.

Finally found BedBug Solutions. 1/3 the cost with a guarantee. Owners Mark and Jen great to work with. Quick response to communications. Especially nice that they show up in unmarked vehicles so the neighbors don't know what's happening. Initial treatment very thorough, Took a couple return treatments (at no extra cost) but finally got them. Five months later and haven't seen a single bug. You have no idea what a relief it is until you have experienced it yourself. Recommendation 10 stars. Thorough, honest and great to work with. Don't even bother calling other companies. Waste of time. You will heave a great sigh of relief when they are done.
