Dr. Beth-Erin Smith

Dr. Smith is a fantastic doctor! Any patient would be lucky to have her as their primary care physician. She is not only brilliant but also incredibly compassionate. Her dedication is seen in her responsiveness to mychart messages. I always get a response same day. I am not sure what the other reviewers are referring to regarding her bedside manner. She is very kind in conversation and I appreciate her honesty when discussing my health.

I’ve been seeing Dr Smith for a few years now and yea her bedside isn’t the best but she has been very nice and overly polite at times and I told her she didn’t need to do that with me. She has been the best doctor I’ve ever had. She is super smart and has found specific problems I have that my last doctor missed.She is very thorough and isn’t that what you want in a doctor? I’m as critical as the next guy and I would never go to any other doctor. I feel she will keep me alive as long as possible. I am 67 with a handful of problems and I trust her from what I’ve experienced so far. If you’re looking for someone to hold your hand then maybe you need to keep searching. Personally that stuff is not what I care about.

She’s been my PCP for YEARS. Dr. Smith always hears my concerns, is patient and takes the time to make sure you understand everything, welcomes questions, and loves patients that do their research. Even though I moved 40 mins away from this office i’ll continue going just for Dr. Smith. The only reason i’m knocking off a star is because of the nurses that are there, and the availability of appts.

Very dry. Not friendly. Also I said I was there for a preventative check up and because I brought up my poison ivy she charged me for a visit, not the checkup my insurance would of handled. Been to other doctors before who are not like that. Also my insurance reached out to her and she still stuck to her guns. Lousy person. Wasn’t impressed with her as a doctor either. Back to finding a primary care doctor.

I wish I could put zero stars and that’s an understatement for the care and concern I have received from this physician.. She is very negative, judgemental, nonchalant, and has no compassion for her patients. Me nor the rest of my family will ever go to her again and I mean this is the nicest way.

I agree totally with previous negative reviews concerning this Dr. What they explained is the same way she treated me. If I could give no stars I would.
