I am so pleased and impressed with my experience with Best Solutions Home Medical Supplies & Equipment. I needed a temporary ramp to get into our house after my knee replacement surgery. Greg & his team were respectful, professional and so easy to work with. They installed a sturdy, well made ramp that gave me access but did not take up too much space. Greg was very gracious & accommodating even when after scheduling the install, I had to change the date due to the surgery date change. He was very responsive & a complete delight to work with. I highly recommend this company. I will not hesitate to use their services again, if need be.

My disabled daughter is on OH Medicaid and needed a wheelchair ramp and an adaptive bathroom shower as my daughter has a roll-in bath chair. That being said we moved into a single home and Greg Smolick came out and did a comprehensive quote on both ramp and bathroom. I am very very pleased/happy with the overall work that was required inside and outside! I chose Best Home Solutions over 2 other quotes.
Everything was installed professionally and in a very timely fashion. We were not able to move in until these two projects were done. I would not hesitate in recommending this fine company to others. 5-star for sure. HANDS DOWN!

I cannot say enough good things about the service from this company. Our wheelchair lift was squeaking (my own fault, should have scheduled maintenance sooner). I called on a Wednesday afternoon. The owner had someone out here first thing Thursday morning. He greased it and now everything is fine. How many places have a turnaround time that quick. 5 stars isn't enough.

Edwin who handles our monthly orders is spot on with suggestions and follow up on all our orders… he’s amazing, professional, and caring! These folks were compassionate and did us right when my mother's husband died soon after installation. It was the exact kind of empathetic response I would hope for from a local company. They came out ASAP to remove the ramp, even though it was during the holidays. The workers were kind and respectful to my mom. From my experience, you can trust these people with your family's well being.

Sol and her crew did an excellent job on our new bathroom modification remodel for my husband. They took their time on it and worked so hard. I would recommend this company looking for anything disability related!

Searched for quite a while to find a three wheel motorized scooter for my husband. Best Solutions fit its name. Our sales gal Diane was knowledgeable and actually took apart the Pride scooter my husband was interested in and handed each piece, I.e., seat, battery case, etc. to my husband to demonstrate the weight of each part, and how easy the scooter was to take apart and to put in his car. He rode the scooter all around the store to see how it handled. Diane answered all our questions and was a delight to work with. We ordered the Pride scooter and got it the same week. We were delighted with the product, the price, and the kindness shown to us and highly recommend Best Solutions.

They are a great company to deal with. We purchased a stair lift for my 93 year old father. They installed it an emergency situation after my Dad fell twice going up the stairs. We have had to have it serviced twice for minor problems. Mike their service tech is the best! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needed their services!

Greg and the great staff at Best Solutions were a big help in making it possible for my husband to live at home again after a hospital stay and some weeks in rehab. We had them install a ramp from our front door to the driveway as well as a chair lift so he could get to our second floor. Both have been problem free for a year now. When a health care worker yesterday accidentally damaged the ramp Greg had someone here this morning to make repairs. This is an excellent company to deal with.

Ordered a standing lift for my father and Dianne was great. Price was right and since we needed it ASAP they had it delivered to the facility the day my father moved in. Fast forward 7 Months later and had a minor issue that they jumped on. I have dealt with many Medical Companies and so far they have been the Best. Thank You Dianne

Best Solutions is truly incredible! I have never experienced such a wonderful and efficient DME supplier. Wendy and the staff at Best Solutions are literal miracle workers! I walked in today around 11am in desperate need for large medical equipment (a hospital bed and electric recliner) for my teenage son who was just discharged from the hospital. I hadn't anticipated his post operation needs and was unprepared for his comfort. Best Solutions to the rescue! Wendy did all the leg work and insurance hassles in lightening time. Then...SAME DAY... by 3:30pm, these awesome folks had a brand new hospital bed, mattress, and recliner set up in my house. The guys that delivered it were very kind, helpful, and set everything up for us. We are honestly in shock at the quality customer service of this place. I have multiple children with special needs and I look forward to doing business with these guys in the future. I would definitely recommend you do the same! Greg and his staff were outstanding to work with. Mom was starting to have trouble with the stairs and in less than a week they evaluated her needs and had a stair lift installed. Highly recommended.

After my fathers hip surgery & rehab he needed help getting in & out of bed & his wheelchair. Went to Best Solutions & met with Greg. He suggested a sit to stand lift would work & a temp. ramp to get in & out of the house. The next day Sean delivered the lift & explained how to use it. The lift was perfect for my dad's needs.

I cannot says enough about the service that Greg has provided for our family over the last nine years. From customizing a scooter for my wife, installing a stair lift for my mother, to providing a Hoyer lift on a weekend for my mother-in-law. On this last occasion Greg returned our call promptly on a weekend even though he was on vacation. He delivered supplies to our home when we ran out and could not get to his store. I recommend Greg and his staff without reservation. They were all there for us anytime that we needed their help.

Best Solutions Home Medical has been a great place to work with. Greg was able to design a ramp that fit our needs to a tee. The installation went perfectly. Stef was able to answer all my questions and was a pleasure to work with. It is obvious that they care a lot about the customer. I recommend them highly!

I had a great experience recently with Best Solutions. Last Wednesday, I found out late in the afternoon that my mother in law would need to stay with us after breaking her ankle. As she wouldn't be able to go up or down stairs, she wouldn't be able to use our guest room (not without a great deal of difficulty, at least). So I called Best around 4:30 to rent a hospital bed and wheelchair for a spare room on our first floor. Kayla was very helpful on the phone, and when I explained the situation she was able to arrange to have the items delivered that evening by about 6:30 pm. The hospital bed is just what my MIL needs, as it allows her to elevate her injury to help with the swelling.

I wish every company could do it like that. Thank you!

Excellent, personable company to work with. They listen to your needs and provide timely service. We didn't feel rushed to buy anything and Greg is directly involved. The only thing I thought they could improve on is communication. But other than that, my mother loves the stairlift and the price was reasonable.

I spoke with Greg at Best Solutions Home Medical on Tuesday. Within an hour Sean (Installer) called me and set up appointment to visit at the house and review my request for a wheelchair ramp. We discussed the recommendations for the wheel chair ramp. He called on Wed. gave me a quote also sent me an e- mail.
Today, Thursday Sean installed the ramp to our complete satisfaction.
Throughout this entire process, Greg and Sean remained very accommodating and professional.
Sean demonstrated empathy and a level of compassion for our situation and adjusted his schedule to install ramp, prior to the weekend, to facilitate my Mom leaving the house.
I have been a Registered Nurse for 47 years. 45 of these years were spent in caring for Elders in skilled home care. I have worked with more home care suppliers thanI can count and honestly say I never worked with a company that showed such customer service, follow through, and commitment to “doing the job right” the first time.
