Murphy Insurance

Been with Murphy Insurance for a few years now. My sales associate is always quick to reply and give me the best rates available. I have yet to find another company that can match the service and rates provided.

I've been with Murphy Insurance since I got my first car in 2007. Other big name companies have tried to get me to switch over the years but none have been able to beat the price and coverage I have through Murphy Ins. Each time my living situation changed, I added a member, or bundled an additional item to my plan, Murphy Ins has found a great bundle to save me cash. My entire family now uses them. Highly recommended.

Been doing business with this company for 15 years, unfortunately their ethics and financial accountability have taken a backseat.
They have zero loyalty to their clients. They have mishandled funds, and are not willing to rectify the situation.
Extremely disappointed, especially after doing business with them for so long.

Sadly not the relationship I thought. Spent over 15 years with them not realizing they did not have my best interest on rates. Oversold me on coverage and never did they scan the marketplace for better rates. Premiums kept rising so ask they get a new quote. Did not hear back so called up another agency and found rates that were 20% lower. Very disappointed on the lack of customer service.
