Josh Thompson is amazing. From viewing to closing, he was steady and very knowledgeable. A very calming presence for a first time home buyer like me. His useful connections with the mortgage brokers, inspectors, and knowledge of the buying process was a huge relief. He was our lucky charm too. We had been looking at houses for several months with another realtor... we found our awesome home within weeks of me working with him.

Josh Thompson is the man. As a first time buyer Josh walked through all the properties with me, did comparisons and made sure I came out on top. He truly has the buyer in his best interests. Josh T is the man. Everything you can ask for in a Realtor as a 1st time home buyer. Very personable and straight forward about what to expect. Gave his honest opinion and was patient and worked with us when we were picky about certain things. Fast responses and went out of his way for us in every way.
