Out of all the dealers i visited looking for a new truck they had the best prices and will long was the best sales guy i have ran across. Being younger most people laughed when i said i was buying a new diesel he’s the only one who didn’t judge /push anything or think i Didn’t know anything. He even went out of his way to fix the few small issues i had after buying it.

Had some small issue with my truck I purchased from here. Heather in service went over and above to service my needs picked my truck up from my house in Sunbury, OH. Brought me a loaner truck, and had mine back to me before 5PM. I also didn’t get a spare key with my truck and she got me one made and sent it back with my truck.

It’s been a month since I got my Honda Civic from here, and nothing but good things to say. Niko was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process! He was able to work with my budget and stayed adamant about looking for something in my price range. There was even a little flaw with the oil life after buying due to recent owner not changing oil frequently and sludge build up. After aligning on price, he followed-up with a walk around of the vehicle with great attention to detail. MUCH appreciated for a potential buyer coming from out of state.

While we didn't close the deal, it was at no fault of pricing - but instead a simple case of the vehicle not being exactly what I was looking for.

I came here in the beginning of January to look at some cars. Originally I was headed to a few other places closer to where I lived. I received a text message from Kelsey asking if I’d like to come by and check out some cars they had on the lot.. I told her I might make a stop after I check some other places out, after all, it was about 1 1/2 hours from my house. She told me she’d make sure it would be worth my while. So…. that was my first stop. Needless to say, I did get a car and it was well worth it. Just purchased my F150 from here and couldn’t be happier! Customer service was excellent. Zechariah was super helpful and easy to work with. This dealership is 4 hours from my home, so I was hesitant to make the trip for a used vehicle, but Zechariah was very transparent over the phone and provided lots of detail (including a video) on the truck. Very trustworthy! Tyler helped me with the financial side of things and was also easy to work with, and efficient! Overall, very satisfied!

Kim and Joe in the service department did a great job helping me with service on my 2022 Ram 2500. I liked their service because they were able to give me very realistic estimates of how long the service would take and what was involved. This helped me plan meetings and other business around the appointment. They also called and provided me with updates when I needed it. I am very happy with their work and would recommend.
