Boston Market

The food wasn't that great. It was setup more like a church dinner activity. The food was in these silver warmers not covered. There was no evidence that anything was cooked in that restaurant. It looked like someone just brought it from home. The meatloaf was very dry and the sweet potato casserole was runny, the corn had a weird taste like it was cooked in broccoli juice. No wonder they are about to go out of business and got legal problems.

I am so impressed with my order that was delivered to me. The food was still hot even with a 5 mile distance.
I have ordered food delivery numerous times in the past months from 3 different restaurants. This is the first time from this location. Plates were included in the bag. This is a first and truly appreciated. This order was the best dinner I have had from any of the restaurants I have ordered from recently.
I called the restaurant and spoke to the Manager Shawna, (sorry if spelled wrong) with my complements and that I will certainly order again in the future and recommend to family and friends.

Location is very decent, they are clean. The staff are friendly per se. They might not smile but they do get you in and out with no problem. I recently tried the sausage and chicken. The sausage was gross, Robert Irvine need to find a better recipe. I recommend this place!

I came to the Boston Market in Shaker and they did my family RIGHT!!! Amira took EXCELLENT care with me, as a customer, and with our food. You don't get that kind of service now a days and I'm so grateful we got her. Thank you.

My Boston Market food is always delicious, their always crowded. But, it's worth the wait. The waiting area is nice, well lite and it gives you time to contemplate on exactly what you want to indulge in off their menu. Sometimes going off your diet or food plan by getting a dessert.

I placed an on-line order. When I arrived, the staff, very pleasant, directed me to the pickup counter. My order was ready ontime. The food was hot and delicious!

This was my first expierence there. I was very pleased. I ordered a Ceasar salad, nd it was good nd fresh. The dining area was spotless, nd the door was easy to open, I was n my wheelchair. All the workers had on mask, but I think it would be better if the wore the shields instead dat way they all would be in alike in appearance. Or the company can purchase their own design of masks for their staff. I knew dis plce had to be okay bcus the line was long!!

Our staff had placed a doordash order that was never retrieved or picked up. I called in and explained the mishap with the Store Manager Linda, she took our order over the phone w/zeal (B.M doesn’t take phone orders) and was eager to assist! The initial clerk who answered the phone was pleasant and optimistic as well, I didnt get her name though. Thank you all there.

LOVE BOSTON MARKET, I GO TO THE CHAGRIN OH, LOCATION. THE MANAGER THERE IS AWESOME EVERY PROBLEM I HAD SHE TOOK ABSOLUTELY CARE OF ME. I ENJOY GOING THERE. NOT TO MENTION SHE REMIND ME OF ONE OF MY FAVORITE SINGER FAITH EVANS. YOU DONT GET GOOD SERVICE ANYMORE SO I DO APPRECIATE HER. FOOD IS GREAT.

I'm a loyal Boston Market Fan. I downloaded the app and ordered from the app. Very simple too be honest. The app gave me a 10% off code for pickup. I'm itching to try the Prime

Staff always fast, efficient and friendly. Food is always hot, fresh, and ready to go. Definitely a must at least once or twice a year for a nice family get together 😊

I know this place several times maybe we feel times a week and get the chicken and turkey and and all that old good stuff good vegetables good fresh stuff gets crowded so you might have a little weight but other than that it's it's worth it

Food is always great and nice portions! Prices are very affordable! Love their creamed spinach!!!!

Boston market is life...this particular one in shaker hts has great service with a smile...Female staff linder was extremely professional and efficient...In and out in no time...Favorite food spot...even better employees...my experience was a breathe of fresh air...And the food was succulent...They need a tip jar...

Short line about 3:15pm Saturday, May 8. Quick service. Food was hot and ready. Chicken was tender.
