Great customer service, company treats everyone fairly and I always had a good experience here with everyone around me.

Lots of empty spot to stay for 10hr break if you Are in columbus,OH area, driver room is nice and Clean an clean restroom, few restaurent delivery Food to terminal, but there is no shower here.
Overall is very convenient for busy area like Columbus with few small truck stop around.

The guys in the shop are all good to work with. Manager Kyle and foreman Daniel are 2 great guys. As I put in my 2 weeks notice they tried to get me to stay and if it wasn’t such a drive I would probably still be there as I took a job 10 minutes from my house was driving a hour and fifteen minutes.i had a issue but they took care of it.

I've been with JB Hunt for three and a half years. During that time I've had several occasions to take my company assigned truck to the Columbus shop for all kinds of service. Most recently the turbo unit began having issues. Aaron wasted no time in identifying an issue and getting the sensor ordered. When the part arrived, Nate took over the responsibility of getting the part installed because Aaron had to leave by the time the part came in. As Nate was installing the sensor, he found that the turbo unit itself was leaking oil and about to fail. Nate ordered the new part immediately and then notified me. I was notified that the part came in and they scheduled me to come down and get it replaced.

This is the kind of excellent service that is provided to us drivers by the Columbus terminal. Under the direction of Kyle Jackson, the maintenance supervisor, as well as Casey and Daniel who also take part in managing the shop, I have never had an issue where I was forced to wait any great length of time. All of the mechanics there are extremely knowledgeable and efficient. The shop is clean because everybody runs a tight ship.

All of the mechanics treat me with the utmost respect. You might say that we've all grown to be friends over the years. I don't like taking my truck anywhere but the Columbus terminal simply because they care about what they're doing. I will be a lifelong customer as long as I am employed by JB Hunt. Keep up the good work guys you are doing fantastic!

All the guys and the service manager at this JBHUNT facility are great people. I arrived at their facility about an hour before they were closing and my trailer needed to be DOT inspected which they did right away. They also found out that it needed brakes and they stayed late finished it up for me so that I can get back on the road. I’ve been to other facilities but this facility is clean neat and a great place to stay if you have to stay overnight. I’ve been to places where the whole yard is full of mud not a nice place to go. Big thanks to the shop manager that stayed late and got my truck back on the road which he didn’t have to do. Thank you.

As a former military person, it's very important to have equipment in good working order, and, fast repairs. I have to give an excellent five statthanks to the technicians at the Columbus Ohio terminal. The truck and trailer was taken right in and repaired quickly. A standard of service matching my time in the military. Thanks Zach and the techs for being on point, kind and courteous.

JB hunt has always been there for me when other carriers were not. I’ve worked here twice before in the past, but this time I’m NOT LEAVING. This time I plan to retire from here happy to give them the next 30-40 years of my life. Jb Hunt was there for me and gave me a job when I had nothing or no one. When I had no money or no one to depend upon for help. When my father died, was it not for JB hunt, I would have been homeless. Sad story but they rescued me from that. They are good people who care a lot. Just do right by them and they will do right by you. I just wanted to take a moment to say thanks to them. Trust me, i definitely appreciate it a lot. Some drivers have poor work histories and not so good driving records, etc but if there is a way they will work work you and give you a chance. Showed up on time, took out old refridgerator. Rolled in the new one, set it up, removed the trash. Were polite, fast and professional.

It took a while for me to get use to the company as a whole and some of their service terminals were lacking on the maintenance side but recently this company and terminals have improved a lot very happy now to be one of the largest company out there they do care they work with you and maintenance came a long way equipment has been updated to keep you moving I definitely would recommend this company give it a chance they gave me several!!!
