We had been delaying ordering our MINI Countryman thru the winter months, made several trips to Classic Mini in Willoughby Hills to see and talk to Zach Hill. He couldn't have been more patient with us or more accommodating. When the 2024 model was available, we sat down with Zach and ordered our car. He made the process simple and stress-less! We recently picked up our 2023 Cooper SE from the Classic Mini group and Zach Hill was our Motoring Advisor! HUGE shoutout to Zach, he’s so kind and helpful with any questions we had as we went through the ordering process from start to finish. He allowed us to have the demo Cooper SE for a longer test drive to ensure it was perfect for us before we ordered. From order to delivery took about 5 months which was well within his estimate. This is our 5th car through the Classic Auto Group and our 1st with Mini and this was hands down the best experience by far. Everything was so seamless from ordering to financing to delivery (even when it snowed today). Zach even took the extra time to ensure we had the Mini App setup, we knew all of the basic features and buttons since this is our first ever Mini, and that we left happy! Also a shoutout to him and the Parts Department as we were able to snag a set of floor liners for our Mini too. Love love love our BRG Cooper, it was exactly what we’ve wanted and more. Thanks Zach!

I had a previous lease which was scheduled to end at the end of March. Zach Hill helped me to custom build a 2021 JCW Mini Clubman. He mostly assisted me remotely and had all the paperwork ready to go when I arrived so it was a couple of signatures and I was on my way. I really appreciated that flexibility! We recently purchased a pre owned Mini Cooper @ Classic Mini, that we found on Carfax. We worked with Zach Hill to build and order a new Mini electric. He was very quick to answer calls and emails and help us through the process. He was also able to keep us informed on shipping and delivery. The delivery process was smooth, other than some waiting for another employee to do one piece (perhaps need some cross-training?). Zach also spent a lot of time with us demonstrating the car and test driving, very helpful as we had never owned a Mini or an electric vehicle. He also helped with obtaining registration and plates, and had paperwork and the plates delivered to us to avoid another trip out to Willoughby. We love the car, and would definitely recommend Classic.

I'm from out of state and saw this car online and called about it before all the pics were available. Zach Hill ran out and took photos to send me. They held on to the car and when I flew out to buy it, Zach picked me up at the airport. This was a great experience - The dealerships local to me could learn a lesson or two.

MAY 2021. I can’t say enough good things about Classic Mini. They treated us like members of the royal family. We live an hour and a half away in a small town with our 2009 Mini leaking a big puddle of antifreeze under it. Nobody here or nearby could fix it. I had AAA tow it up to Classic Mini in Willoughby Hills on a Thursday, told them “no hurry” - “when you get a chance” - check it out. It was finished the next day (Friday.) AND THEY DELIVERED IT TO MY HOUSE the next Monday at no charge to me. Thanks again to Zack and Mike - REAL professionals.
