Got 2 cars from the subaru dealer in this automall with good vibes. BUT this place is huge with all the brands and styles you could ask. If your shopping this really should be a first stop to at least see what you really like!

I personally, bought my new Atlas of Germain Volkswagen, but I can tell you, you will not be disappointed with Germain. They have the biggest inventory count on the east coast, and are happy to serve you. Keep in mind, you do have to book an appointment, but they never have a "line" for appointments. Very exceptional service and I would definitely come back.

It was pretty good experience and ease to work with the sales person (Conor)! It was a week long process and they didn't try to pressure me to buy if I was not comfortable with their pricing! Conor had taken time and help me work with my own bank to get the good interest rate and bring down the monthly payment. He listened to my ask and helped me making smart choice on feature that may cost unnecessary price increases! I would recommend him to my friends and family 🙂

Only thing, on my way out of the dealership, we discovered my phone wasn't working for wireless charging pod! And the detailing (cleaning) was done not as expected! Done in real rush 😐

Great group of guys! We rolled in there and spoke with Vince and Mike and the rest of the gang. Drove out with new wheels for the wife. Easy to deal with. Great fun negotiators and fair as the day is long. Spectacular variety of cars too from pickups to Hemis! You'll like it I guarantee it!

We had to get a new car in a hurry because our only vehicle was called a total loss after a hit and run accident. We had enough insurance to cover the loss, but not for a down payment and my credit is...not great. But, when we went to Germain Automotive, they never acted like it was a problem. The salesman that worked with us, Zain, seemed happy to take the time to show us several vehicles and work on different options with us. We actually ended up staying there for almost four hours and doing two test drives before we decided on what to purchase. Zain never acted like we were wasting his time and was super friendly the whole time. This was definitely the place to go. We got what we needed and felt very welcome. I'd give way more stars if I could.

I had my car in for service and I can only speak volumes about how wonderful the Service Department has always made me feel welcome, and feeling as if I had received the best service possible. I am always greeted with a smile and it shows that provided excellent customer service is their primary goal and they take such wonderful pride in demonstrating it.

Yes, I pay a little more for service at a dealership, but the service alone is worth more to me than saving a few dollars. There are a lot of places that do not take price in customer service and charge much less. Excellent customer service in my opinion is far greater than saving and being treated rudely.

Went to learn more about CX -5 that I bought last month- IT question regarding phone,etc w/ my car. Very friendly & a young man came out - asked if he could wash my car while waiting- it was filthy from wkend road trip & came out looking new again. These guys are great & I definitely recommend Germain Mazda West.

The people at Germain Kia have been helpful in the sale and in service after the sale. The service mgr., Tom, kept me in the loop in repair and worked to get me back in the road quickly, worked through the repair, filed extended warranty claim, and kept me in the loop through the process. Overall I'm glad I have them to help with my vehicle needs.

Great service especially at Hatfield Subaru's parts and service departments much better than there competitors in every aspect from buying my car through maintenance. I've been dealing with them since 2015.
If any issues arise bring it to their attention and they immediately go above and beyond to fix the problem!
I have recommended them to everyone I know.

Toyota West service, great staff, great people. Had an issue with my check engine light, they did a very thorough investigative diagnostic testing. I've either with several of their service managers over the past 25+ years that I've been a customer of theirs, always good service

Justin was absolutely amazing!!!!! I have been searching for over a year for a Honda Civic with no luck. Dealerships wanted more money down, wanted my credit score higher, my payments were outrages, there was always something wrong no matter where I went. Not only did I walk away with my own car I DIDNT NEED A CO SIGNER EITHER! He made my first car purchasing experience so smooth, and enjoyable!!!!! STRESS FREE!!!!!!!
