The staff are very friendly and do a great job with communication and reminders for your upcoming apt. I have had a handful of Dentist in my life and both Dr Sarah and Dr Haas are the best! They truly care and take good care of me.

Had some disappointing and awful visits at last dentist and needed to find a new dentist for my family of 7.
I wish I would have found this place sooner. It is so wonderful!

Family dentistry is the place to go for all my teeth need. The staff is always so kind and courteous. Dr. Haas know his stuff and I trust him completely. He isn't out to make a buck on you, he cares for his patients and staff and you can tell. I will always come here, they have a customer for life.

Vanessa was AMAZING! She put bonding on 4 of my teeth and I never felt so confident to smile! I’m so happy I went with this dentistry and had Vanessa to help me. This day will change my confidence forever!!

I love the people at Family Dentistry; I've had a lot of work done this past year. Dr. Haas Senior is so caring and fun. So is Dr. Sarah, his daughter who is taking over the business ... she has moved heaven and earth to take care of my teeth and smile! I look forward to going to the dentist, if that makes sense! They are so wonderful! I had a really bad experience at another dentist in Lebanon OHIO. I went to family dentistry, Dr. Sarah saved me!!! She made me feel so comfortable. I usually have to use the laughing gas for everything I have done and she helped me achieve that!!! Thank you to both doctors and each team member for making me fill very comfortable!!!!!! You are like family now and your stuck with me❤

Called for possible cancelation, got one and had my teeth cleaned a few hour later. Very satisfied with my cleaning, professional all the way. Updated and bran new, place looks great with all new equipment.

I was worked in the day I called in with my gum issue after a tooth removal. Dr. Nate and Veronica checked me out. It was decided that I be placed on antibiotics with a special mouth rinse. If the swelling and soreness continued to come back in. I love the Drs and staff in this office. Each one makes you feel like you’re their only concern and you receive undivided attention. They are warm group of people. The personal touch is a high priority for this office staff. I highly recommend them for any dental care. Their work is superb.

Got my teeth cleaned and my hygienist Mindy was great! Very professional and gentle. Dr. Sarah was amazing, answered all my questions and was very personable. Would highly recommend this office and Dr. Sarah!

I have been a patient of The Family Denistry Family for so many wonderful years. From the early days in Franklin when the office was a small house , to the bigger improved facility in Franklin at the same location where the little house once stood ,and still today at the newly renovated state of the art facility in Lebanon.
As the technology and facilities have grown through the years one thing remains the same , steadfast, and true . The professional, caring , and dedicated care I receive. The entire staff has always treated my needs as if they were their needs. I trust their judgement, I depend on their ability to improve my dental health and hygiene, and I know the quality of their work.

I haven’t been to a dentist in a very long time and Family Dentistry made me feel very comfortable. The whole experience was painless and quick. Angel did an excellent job guiding me through what was going to happen and Dr. Haas was very informative and kind.

Dr. Sarah and Tory were absolutely amazing. They explain the whole process and ensure comfort throughout. All the staff are very friendly.

I recently moved back to Lebanon and began coming to Family Dentistry. All of my experiences have been great! The scheduling and check-in staff is always super nice and Erica does a great job with my cleanings. They take special care to make a painless experience, especially with my sensitive teeth. I've seen Dr. Sarah and Dr. Haas; both were efficient and friendly.
