Super fun bar, especially on karaoke nights (currently Thursdays). It's very welcoming, so you'll feel comfortable whoever you are.

Nice small stage up front with the bar in back and a cozy lounge around the corner from the restrooms. Cool art throughout also. Cheap drinks and fast service.

Opens later than most bars (8:00 pm) and no kitchen, so eat first (there are some good restaurants within a couple blocks, not counting the White Castle across the way lol).

Chef Dan has only been open for four months but is already a pro and make his guests/students feel amazing! Originally from Chicago, my husband, two of our friends and I went to Cincy for a birthday trip. We laughed, shared stories and recipes and made really cool drinks in the cocktail making class. If you're ever in Cincy or already live there...THIS IS A MUST!!!! Thanks for the memories Chef Dan!!!

A good spot for weirdos. Not quite what you're expecting if you're looking for a gay bar or a goth club, but its got a nice vibe.

I really enjoyed going here. Everyone is friendly, prices are reasonable, and the music was fantastic. The patio is easily one of the best I've ever been to! I always prefer to be outside, so I gravitate to patios and use them whenever possible. This one is huge! It has a fire pit, tables (covered and not), landscaping, and plenty of room to mingle.

Our bartender was engaging, smiling and pleasantly accommodating. Drinks were lovely and the show was quite enjoyable.

I absolutely love this bar! It's so cute and welcoming. The bartenders are all very nice and the drinks are really good! You can sit outside and hangout at one of the many booths and tables or if you want to dance, there's a cute little dance floor inside. I will definitely come back to this place! If you're in the area, I'd highly recommend it!

Love going here, it's a blast. The vibe is euphoric; it's a comfortable spot that I like to hang out at. You may see the craziest people here in all sorts of different outfits and wacky hair styles; but that's why I like it. It's different, a gem in Northside. Big dance floor - awesome music, cheap drinks. There is a outback with seating and fire pits. They have themed nights like Gothic Saturdays and drag shoes on Wednesdays. If your looking for a good time and meet people that are different; come here.

I went here for the first time and was not disappointed. I had a lot of fun at this little "freaks and geeks" type bar. Everyone was so so welcoming and accepting. Karaoke on Thursdays is a ton of fun and the DJ is super entertaining. It was really great to see a place for us misfits. Keep up the good work yall!

They have some dank Mac & cheese that will literally save your life. There’s usually anime playing in the main bar area and it’s MAD aesthetic. Bartenders are always friendly and cool, drinks are decently priced, atmosphere on point. Couldn’t ask for a better bar. Thank you, Mixwells 🖤

Went to it for the first time Saturday night and was amazed!! Such a great place with great DJ's, amazing staff, huge back patio, and reasonably priced drinks! Haven't tried the food yet. My friends and I had a blast there!

Went for the first time last week, had such a great experience I went back last night. People are great, staff are super friendly, atmosphere is chill, dance floor is full of people just having a good time. I'll for sure be a regular from here on out.

Great evening, excellent show, superb drinks. Friendly service. 10/10.

Amazing outdoor seating, youve always got a seat even if its crowded. Inside is very hard to find a seat but it encourages dancing which is usually very fun. The bartenders are all awesome

Much fun! Nice crowd and staff. Quirky, funny, charming, and talented queens. A Wednesday evening well-spent, blowing a stack of ones on the performers and bartender. Keeping Northside weird and wonderful.

I love Mixwells it's one of my favorite spots. The owner Danny is the sweetest and did an awesome job on creating this bar! The bartenders and djs are always very friendly as well. The dance floor is always so fun. They have yummy drinks & they give out grilled cheese at 2:15am... can't get any better than that! This place is an absolute Northside gem!

I originally avoided writing a review. I wanted to give this place a second chance. I am so glad I did. This is now one of my favorite places to be in the city. The drinks come quick and taste amazing. I love the mom and pop shop style of the bar.

Daniel and Partner are amazing proprietors! My first night ever was an open mic/fashion show/drag show that was run and coordinated by Daniel himself. The event was in appreciation for a seamstress whom designs outfits for some of Ohio's biggest drag stars. Not only did Daniel run sound, lights and help co-host it really is a DIY up and coming spot and to have an amazing place where all beings feel welcome is amazing!
