Mark Wahlberg Buick GMC

We just purchased our third Buick Enclave from Mark Wahlberg GMC. Kevin Klyza guided us through the process with professionalism and ease. He is very knowledgeable and when talking about the car he talked to me (not to my husband as the car was for me). The process and paperwork was smooth. I would recommend them to anyone. They did everything in their power to help me and my unique situation although not an ideal outcome, it comes with the territory. They weren’t too pushy either. I even got free hats and snacks! However, I do think that some of their vehicles are overpriced. But such is life… inflation is everywhere, even at the dealership. Anyway, hit up Christopher!! He’s a champ!

Dave Marsden is awesome 😎 my first time getting a car on finance and had no clue what I was doing and he hooked me up and got me into a car I LIKED not just a CAR. He actually listened to what I wanted and got me into something similar that I could afford and would get approved for. This is my first time but it was a great experience. He was very helpful in the whole process and didn't stop until I got into MY car 🚗 thank you so much for all your help I'll definitely tell everyone I know to check you out.

My first experience working with this dealership and was amazed with the customer service and hospitality I received! I worked with Chris in Sales and Danny in Financing. Best experience ever going into a car dealership

I have bought 4 cars from different dealerships and I can say this one is the best! There was a little haggling back and forth, which is normal when you're buying a car. But I got it for the price I wanted and to top it off it!

They went out of their way to help me surprise my wife while she waited in the car thinking that I bought her a different car. Instead of the one she wanted.

I have purchased a used car from them back in Sept 2022 that has had some running issues with the engine light coming on and off since I have had it. Wahlberg customer service has been nothing but over my expectation. They kept me in the loop every step of the way to get my car running without an engine light on. It ended up needing a new transmission that was covered under my dealership warranty. I highly recommend!!

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my vehicle from Mark Wahlberg. I was greeted quickly after parking. Our sales associate, Chris, listened to my needs, desires and budget. He and the manager, Dustin, were fantastic from start to finish. The rest of the employees all seemed to have great attitudes. I will be back to buy my next car in the future!

I had a wonderful experience. I was checked in quickly for my appointment. They let me know what was doing in my car and how long it would take. And had me on my way quickly. I have always found the dealership very accommodating.

Mark E. has been our service rep at another GM dealership for quite a few years. I was unaware he had moved over to the GMC side but happened to bump into him dropping my mother off to pick up her vehicle from service. Apparently my mother got the memo? Truly a great guy to work with and goes above and beyond to take care of all our family’s GM vehicles!!!

Purchased a truck from Columbus OH then flew in from AZ to pick it up. Drove a 10 y/o truck 3000 miles without any issues. Transaction was perfect.

They we're very friendly and helpful and made a copy of my tire warranty to keep in my car. And they showed me the mileage for when I needed to have work done on my car. And they gave me that paperwork too. Thanks for all your help.

Friendly staff, very knowledgeable technicians. There was an unforeseen issue that happened during the time my vehicle was being serviced. The team, including the service manager Mr. Evans, went above and beyond to mitigate the issue. It was very refreshing to have options purposed to me then be able to make a choice best suited for my situation, rather than being told, "Sorry, it's out of our hands". Thank you to the Service Team, especially Mr. Mark, for all the time spent ensuring I understood what my Yukon needed & why, then making sure I received the best service.
