We had a tree fall on our home and we were displaced for more than a year. The first call my husband made was to the Pilat office, hoping Rich might check messages on a Sunday night. Sure enough, Rich called back right away. He got a crew out that night to assess the damage in the dark. Lifetime with Allstate, received 30% increase with no accidents. That necessitated change as they would do nothing. Met Rich . Never knew agents to be so personal, showed me where under covered, so improved coverage at pre-price hike rates. Also used 90 day driving hardwear on car that reduced it even more. 2 years later, that company increased their rates. So once again, Rich was able to move me to maintain the same great rates at the same prices, cars and home.
