Swift Transportation - Columbus Terminal

It's one of my favorite terminals. Good gym, normally clean and available showers and bathrooms. The times I've had to talk to someone in office, they've been pretty cool and helpful.

Loved all of the space available for parking. The drivers lounge was so clean, neat and cozy with showers on one side of the room and the workout room on another side. Very well maintained and comfortable. I would have no problem coming back.

After 7 years with swift, my experience on kraft east account has been great. A lot of drop/hook loads, and occasionally a live. I will say avoid the international trucks if possible, they are all cheap garbage forced onto them with the lease agreement. Other than that feels like a small company inside a mega Corp. Very helpful and friendly people at all levels.

We didn't get to get the full experience because of the power outage but had a great stay regardless. The night janitor was singing and having a great time. Loved it. Showers, snacks, gym and plenty of parking.

After the remodel better showers and bathrooms and nice food selection no computers set up just yet to scan in trips or anything but loving the new terminal

Great place to stop during the week. Lots of showers and place to wash clothes. Gets packed on the weekend. So get up early if trying to get things done.

Parking lot is kinda busy, the service department is very good.

This academy is top notch. Experienced instructors with smallish class sizes (after the initial drug test purging) led to a very good learning environment. Swift has stepped up its game. All new trucks, and a fantastic lounge for truckers to unwind.

First time here overall a nice place. Newly remodeled. Has a excellent gym. Showers were clean water was warm, wish it was a little hotter. Driver lounge was comfortable. Only downside was parking tight turns filled with a ton of trailers.

Very clean and relax terminal. Bathroom and showers are all up to date and clean. You have place there to do your laundry and a gym is there if anyone need to exercise

Directions were smooth and easy to get to

The terminal is usually kept cleaned and orderly. Not to overly crowded depending on what time of day you're in there. The people working the window are pleasant and very helpful.The washers and dryers are now free to use, that helps the drivers save a little change. They use to only be .75 but hey every little but helps.

Good place...clean..fast mechanical service and body work

They have a school there now. I hear the teachers or other driver are fantastic. Many stars in your pocket Swift transportation. Thank you for all you do.

This is hands down the best terminal in the north. I've never been to Phoenix terminal, but Columbus terminal might be the best in the company. The people who work there make it the best. The facility isn't bad. It has everything you could ask for from a swift terminal, but the people who work there are SUPER friendly and even more helpful than they are friendly. My favorite terminal.
