Absolutely wonderful and caring!! When all hope felt lost to get me and my husband coverage that we could afford, mike made sure to ask all we need and what we can do then made calls around and found what we needed and p.s. even more for less than quoted. Kept in contact throughout full experience and after, answered all questions very knowledgeable and always friendly. I will definitely recommend this company and Mike to help you with anything you need.

This was the first time i have ever bought insurance through an agency. I guess i thought it would be more expensive through an agent. I worked with Rick at MMA's New Albany office. He helped me beat the rates I was paying at my previous insurance company. He gave me just the right amount of attention. No pressure but a few follow ups when Ai got busy and forgot to provide what he needed. It was super easy, less money and perfectly executed service.

Christy Senalik with the commercial insurance department at MMA is the best. She always goes above and beyond for us. Claims, billing, communication is 💯. If you need commercial insurance she’s your woman. The rest of the interactions with other staff have always been very helpful but Christy is my go to.
