Insurance is very affordable. I had a suspended license and was in desperate need of insurance to get my license back. They worked with me and offered the most affordable rate of any other competitor. They made it super easy for me. Also friendly professional staff. I would recommend this agency to anyone.

I have always had very good customer service with Allstate. They get back to me very quickly with questions or accidents I have, they are extreme polite and concerned and always have my best interests in mind. They also get claims taken care of very quickly and keep you informed every step of the way. Thank you Allstate!!!

I've been with Allstate for about 4 to 5 years now. And the only bad experience I had with them is when my car got hit Buy another car on the freeway and they drove away play my car got totaled total I was stuck in the car and it was their fault So I end up having to pay out of pocket to get me another car Allstate didn't help me get me out of the car I thought that was unfair after all the money I put into them paying For full cover insurance I thought they should at least pay to help me get a car.

As we were getting ready to move to Ohio we found this insurance company on line and contacted them We've had a number of insurance agents over the past forty or so years in different states, and none have been better than Keith Baggs Allstate. They are thoughtful, courteous, knowledgeable and patient, plus they call you right back and keep you up to date. I know it may sound a little overboard but given our experiences with insurance agents over the so many years in many places, these folks have been a blessing. They are definitely a five star business!

Well I actually did not go to the office. My office Skip Ivory's I could never get thru to pay my bill, So I decided to call another office, Keith Baggs AllState office. A lady picked up right away. I needed my policy #. She told me to find it and call back. She picked up like right away. She had some of the best phone manners, she listen to me, she Was patient, very nice. We laughed , talked a bit then I payed my bill with ease. The whole situation was very professional & very easy. I was very grateful for that! I recommend their office very highly!💯💯💯🆗👍

I called Keith because I know the previous owner of this office. I was desperate for insurance but I really thought Allstate would be very expensive. How wrong I was! My previous quotes from "The General" and Progressive were about 50% higher than what I found at Keith's Allstate office. They were very easy to work with and explained things very clearly. Prompt and excellent customer service. My car broke down and I didn't have my insurance card on me and I couldn't remember if I had free towing on my car insurance. I called and got all info needed...my car was towed for free! It helps when you are retired and you don't have extra money like that!

Keith shows great follow through ! I was taught by my father growing up , that a man is only as good as his word , Keith must have had a similar father figure , he follows through on his word . He commands respect for this , as I feel in this country , that is becoming a lost art !!

Any time I needed help with my cars or house they always helped weather or not it was covered they have been there for me. Same insurance same agency since i was a teen. Even thought i moved to another county i stayed with them because of all that they will do. Have a question call and get answers. My parents used this agency , and I'm always telling people to go through them.
