I just went there to window shop and hoping to get a job there, nice and friendly staff.

Never have had a bad time here. Staff are always courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The recent remodel looks fantastic, as well.

Whenever I go in I receive a greeting almost immediately and asked how I can be helped. If I don’t know where an item is, they stay with me until it is found. Their prices are fair for a small-ish town store and their supply is generally very good. You expect prices to be a little more but the service and supply make it worth the difference.

I always find what I need and even a few things I didn't know I needed! Staff is so helpful!!

There are three hardware stores all about the same distance from my house, but Ace in Eaton is the only one I will go to. Not because they have the biggest selection, but because they have the best people.. and a good selection, at good prices. Every time I go in there someone immediately greets me and offers to help me find what I'm looking for. That's not Unusual at a store, but what is unusual is that they will stay there with you and help you brainstorm ideas on how to complete whatever project it is your working on, and find you a selection of parts that might work. I almost feel obligated to give them credit for some of the ideas I've had and things I've built because they are always so helpful and polite. Thank you Ace Hardware in Eaton!

If you are looking for a locally owned hardware store, Ace Hardware in Eaton, Ohio is the place to go. Staff are wonderful and always so friendly and helpful. We use Ace for all of our home improvement projects and would never go anywhere else. I highly recommend it. The owner has gone above and beyond for us. We were looking for a Traeger grill and be special ordered it for me and made sure I got the best price. Keep up the great work. Will definitely be back.

They are awesome! I had a paint that did not match the swatch once it was painted on the wall. I called and they happily fixed it. They even let me choose two shades darker. The paint was koi orange and was yellow on the wall. Changed the color to poppy fields and it was so much better on the wall. I took photos and would post them but I can’t find where! Thank you so much!

It's a hardware store and it's pretty good. Just walk and ask there will be someone to help and get you pointed in the right direction. Good chance they have what you need.

We placed a pick up order online. We didn’t get an email that it was ready yet but we live far away so we drove out to the store. The employees were so nice about getting the order together quickly for us!
