This is a great place! They document everything that they do and are able to show you any problems that they may find. They have great service and do quality work. I’ve been here twice and now my husband has taken his car as well. This will be our new regular shop!

Herold Family Auto took great care of my Chevy! Kevin, my mechanic, and Keith were both communicative and helpful throughout the appointment and service. I received a full account including pictures of what the problem was throughout. Very appreciated!

I'm very pleased with Herold Family Auto. Took my car to get checked because I didn't really know what was going on with my car. It turned out to be a tire rod issue. I didn't have an appointment scheduled and they were still able to take me in, and fix everything same day and did the job pretty quickly for a resonable price. I'm so appreciative big shoutout to Keith he was very helpful. Thank you. Highly recommend.

I have had the best experience with Harold's automotive. Their customer service exceeds the excellence...Keith was very helpful from the moment I made my appointment to the repairs needed. I had previously gone to the dealer and was very discouraged with the dealership and found the switch to Harold's being the best switch. They are awesome.

Had an issue with a brake/caliper, and Herold Family was able to get it fixed within a few hours. Very courteous and professional, plus the option to pay back over time makes it so much easier on us. Special shout out to Keith who was extremely professional and updated me on the status of my car. Absolutely would recommend.

Harold’s was amazing! Someone tried to jack my car and did significant damage. Had to get windows, an entire steering column and wiring all rebooked up. Everyone was telling me 3-5 weeks to even check it. Harold’s got it in same day and diagnosed entirely in 3 days! Then got parts in and it looks perfect! Works exactly as it should and has followed up! 100% will be using them for my car needs. And heck, I’m a finance manager at a large group of dealerships! I’ll use them period.

I went to a bigger chain auto repair shop - i was quoted $3000 worth of work… i decided to get a few opinions bc that’s crazy. i went here to herolds, they were so honest and upfront it was such a relief. they showed me what i needed/didn’t on my car. guess what!! it wasn’t $3000 worth. they even told me some of they things that the chain store said i didn’t even need, and showed me i didn’t need those things repaired!! i cannot recommend them enough - i will only come here from now on!

The installation of my 4 new Firestone tires was done quickly & the price was better than 4 other places I received quotes from. I highly recommend them if you are in need of tires,ect.

Got oil change and front pads and rotors. Left my car the evening before and they gave me a loaner car to get to work the next day. Car was ready when they said it would be, and I am happy with their professionalism. Kept me informed throughout the day. Will be going back for any future work I need and will recommend to my friends

I took my 2022 Kia Seltos here when I was having trouble with one of my tires. A local Kia dealership told me that it was just the weather and nothing was wrong. I knew there was a problem so I set up an appointment with Harold s and Keith got me in, took a look and found a nail. So much for the weather causing me tire issues like the dealership told me. I was in and out and have had absolutely no issues with my tire since. I have a tire warranty with Kia, but after terrible customer service, I was happy to support a local business instead. I would recommend them to anyone in need of any car service! Two thumbs way up!!!

They were able to get right on the problem I was having. The work done and as always is very good and always knowledgeable and explaining problem. I strongly recommend Herold's as top notch work and attitude towards customers
