Service Center - Germain Subaru

All I could say is I’m pleased with my service that I received here. Car had a problem and it was covered under warranty and Chad helped me through the whole process. They even offered a loaner car free of charge. I’m very happy that I bought a Subaru. Love my Subaru. Thank you once again.

Chad, and the whole service team were completely on top of the issue. They were quick and kept contact with me through the entire process. Byers Subaru is awful- Germain is the way to go, I will never take my 2021 sti to another dealership for work EVER

I’ve been taking our cars here for the past three years. We own two suburbs and they are always on top of letting us know when something might be a problem. We’ve bought tires from them and getting them replaced under warranty was smooth as well. Overall great experience and Hunter is my favorite advisor. So professional and friendly. He’s even courteous when I have my kiddo with me , he takes care of everything! Also any of the women advisors they’ve had were so great to work with!

Having your car serviced can be daunting because you never know if you’re going to be taken advantage of. I’m happy to report that I was not! Everyone in the service department was kind and happy to help and the service tech who called explained what was done and why. I felt respected and well cared for. I knew I made the right choice buying a Subaru!

The Head Unit in my 2016 Legacy went out 3 months ago. I was able to work with Subaru of America for a replacement. They got me in and out for an estimate in an hour and a half, two weeks later I was able to have the unit replaced and they had me in and out again in an hour and a half and they even washed my car for me.

I had scheduled a major service but didn’t ask how long it would take. When I arrived, I found out it would take about 3 1/2 hours, immediately followed by the offer of a rental car at no cost other than maintaining the gasoline level. When my car was ready, I received a text with a video of the services completed with a notation that nothing else was found that needed to be addressed. Chad was personable, explained the process, and made it a great experience.

Hunter is so personable! He makes each service appointment a very pleasant experience!

Emma helped me yesterday with an ongoing issue with my service record information that had been incorrect for months! Thanks for listening to my frustration and for solving the problem. I was impressed by your professional response. You have earned my respect.

The Service department was terrific. The first person to inspect the radio asked some questions as to why the touchscreen wasn’t working. However, Chad came from behind the desk, sat in the driver’s seat of my car and immediately diagnosed the problem. Very knowledgable crew and helpful! Will always bring my Subaru Outback here for repair!

I usually don’t go to dealers because I don’t like being upsold. I came in for a problem that a previous mechanic was unable to resolve and James was very helpful. He spent extra time and gave extra attention to detail to make sure the problem I came in for was fully taken care of before pushing extra services onto me. He also gave me recommendations on sources for parts that were more affordable than what he was able to quote me. Would recommend these guys if you want to drive away feeling informed and safe.

Bought my first Subaru here in 2021 and have had nothing but incredible service every time I've brought my vehicle. The staff is friendly, and most importantly, transparent about all the services and fees before work begins on the vehicle. I usually stop going to the dealership for service after the warranty expires but I'll continue to bring my Forester back here.

Yesterday I had a "low tire pressure" reading on my 2020 Impreza and you folks were kind enough to get me into the service department later the same day! Hunter in service found a nail in my rear driver side tire and patched it up. When I went to pay at the counter, he told me that this was free of charge! I couldn't believe it.
Anyway, I want to thank you all for your consistent service and willingness to schedule me on short-notice issues like this one. I really appreciate it. And your waiting area with drinks and snacks is another great feature.

I was greeted warmly and turned over my car to Dionysis for a routine oil change. I was able to explain a few minor things of concern I had. My car was checked, oil changed and even washed. Afterwards, all of my concerns had been addressed and a review of the work done was outlined. He was caring, kind, respectful and had obviously listened to my minor concerns. The whole process went very well! Thank you for the very professional experience!!

My service here the past few times have been great! Super fast oil change and tire rotation today. Nice place to wait and I didn't have to wait long. Thanks Emma!

Everything about their service is amazing , I had videos of them walking me through what they were going to do to the car and explaining all the services they were doing as part of the service , they went above and beyond , they were fast and really friendly and respectful , I will definitely go back every time my car needs serviced or diagnostics

I had service performed on my forester to fix a terrible grinding noise while braking as well as some routine maintenance. My service representative, Emma, was extremely helpful and friendly as well as very responsive to all my questions and corresponded through the day. Thanks again!

Subaru is a perfect example of customer care. Despite the incredibly frustrating experience dealing with my extended warranty company, Subaru never once treated me with anything but sincere courtesy, respect, and most importantly patience. Kirk, the service manager, took care of me the entire time making sure to extend any resource possible so that I was not without a vehicle. I cannot thank him enough nor his team of technicians as they tirelessly have worked with the warranty company. Thank you all for your over the top care and for your professionalism.

Had a great experience with my 60,000 mile check up. They did a great job, in the time promised, and also went the extra mile in cleaning the car. Would recommend them highly.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. The waiting lounge is comfortable enough. I was told it might take 70 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation and was out in just about 45 minutes. And they washed my car!
