Walmart Pharmacy

The pharmacy technicians go out of their way to help customers. The Pharmacist is very knowledgeable and stops to help or explain prescriptions and OTC medicines.
They delivered my prescriptions because I couldn’t pick them up!
Great job everyone!!

I just had a horrible experience at Walmart Pharmacy in Eaton Ohio and I will be changing pharmacies after this. I came in for a simple antibiotic prescription. They told me it would take 20/30 minutes. I came back after 30
Minutes only to be told that they needed to call my doctor. I was like ok why didn’t you tell me this. So I waited and waited and waited and after an hour and a half finally got my prescription. No apology or anything. The people were very rude and had no desire to help.!

The pharmacy is an absolute JOKE. I’ll give you a little description the latest screw up (out of several I’ve experienced over the years). My INSOMNIA medication that I’ve been on well over a year, always ordered through Walmart, has been on “backorder” for over 10 days. You know what that means? I have slept about 8-10 hours in the last TEN DAYS. I just had to call and check on the status, they act like they completely forgot. When dealing with people’s medications, there should be little to NO room for error. It’s the health and wellness of human beings that a pharmacy deals with. Thankfully I can get through life without sleeping, but what if this had been a medication I needed for a life threatening illness? I’m disgusted at the lack of care that Walmart pharmacy blatantly and consistently shows. I will be on the hunt for a new pharmacy and a nap when and if my insomnia meds ever get filled.
