Service Center - Germain Hyundai

Had an awesome experience at Germain Hyundai! Tawnie, the service manager, was incredible – she’s a car enthusiast herself and made sure my Elantra N was fixed without any hassle. They had the replacement parts ready, and even hooked me up with a rental while my car stayed overnight. Loved the proactive service and felt confident leaving my car in their hands. Great team, great service!

I alway have wonderful experiences here. Bought my brand new Hyundai Venue, couple months later ran over a house key needed a new tire. Got me in three days later, ordered a tire, service took less than three hours. Great experience.

Destiny was AMAZING to work with. I ended up getting a hefty quote for a repair that was needed. She explained everything to me so I could completely understand. She was so helpful and did all she could for me to get as much covered with warranty as possible! It’s hard to find good help out there, especially in customer service, and it’s one of the reasons I’ll always go back here!

Destiny at Germain Hyundai was amazing. Very outgoing and got things done fast. When it comes to professional settings, I always preferred someone who's easy to approach and makes you feel like they'll take care of you. Destiny deserves more stars, especially for speaking two languages. Somebody give her a raise.

First time at Germain Hyundai and experience could not have been better. Service people were very busy but were still friendly, engaging and personable while being efficient. Performed service work in less time than expected and waiting area was well appointed. Had to drive farther than my original dealer because their online service appointment scheduler was not accepting any appointments. Pleasant experience and I will be back when I'm ready for a new vehicle.

I just wanted to personally thank Erin for helping me when I came in a few weeks ago. She was very helpful, polite and friendly. She actually stayed over her shift to make sure my car was finished but she went home for the day. Thanks again Erin

Erin is a very good service manager. Although she is very busy she gives 100% attention and very prompt in getting back to your message.

Went to Hyundai service today to get an oil change and some other things checked out and had a great experience. Chad is my service guy and he was great and very patient with me. Chad answered all my questions and took time with me. He's very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. I've been going to Hyundai service since the mid ninety's and have not had a problem with them. It is my go to place when I have car problems and Chad is my go to service guy. Everyone in service, sales and parts is great and love that waiting room, great snacks, plenty of cold bottled water and different kinds of coffee and hot chocolate. Keep up the good work Hyundai.

I don't know about you guys, but I was in and out within 30 minutes. they had a capable mechanic at hand that day. over the phone though, they said it might take a hour to a few hours. i was prepared to wait and get away feom life and just chill for a few hours. excellent service.

I find my interactions with the people here are excellent. John Bricker is always helpful and willing to listen and follows through with his knowledgeable insights and gets me safely back on the road quickly. I also appreciate Esther with her friendly smile and helpful attitude. A good bunch of people and competent too!

My car troubles were covered under my warranty. Even though Germain knew that there was no money to be made Tawnie still got me scheduled for the next morning. She also made arrangements for me to have a loaner car while mine was in the shop. My car was repaired in a timely manner and the service team took great satisfaction in insuring that my vehicle needs were met.

The service department is amazing!! They go way beyond working on your vehicle they are welcoming and make you feel like family. TJ Gibbs has serviced my vehicle a few times and he is absolutely amazing! If you’re getting your vehicle serviced say hi to him and the entire department! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Ted was super nice. He took my keys and showed me to the waiting area. He got my truck done quickly and also washed my truck. Came straight to me and brought my keys and paperwork. Said everything looks good and told me exactly where to pick my truck up. I love the fast and friendly customer service. My truck looked so clean. Thank you for the best service.

My passenger headlight is going to cost over $430.00 plus tax. It must be made of gold. I said order it because I can’t afford to drive at night without the light. Black people die from minor infractions of the law. But my service is always great at Germaine Hyundai

Todd was great! I dropped my car off at 9Am and it was done by 11:30Am. Normally it takes at least 8 hrs to hear from them. I have never worked with Todd before he showed me everything was fixed before I left and even went out a pulled my car up for me. Best service I have had so far! Thanks

Chad took great care of me! Super quick oil change and had my baby running like new. Also free rice krispy treats. 10/10
