I am typically not one to write a review but I just had to rave about Dr.Jordan && miss Tia! I am extremely afraid of needles && really doctors in general. They both made sure I felt comfortable, && they were also extremely thorough. I’m turning 26 && I am going through the process of locating new insurance. Not only did miss Tia do an amazing job with my fill ins but she even made it a priority to go out of her way yo locate a oral surgeon to remove my wisdom teeth before my insurance was up. From the staff upfront to the team in the back my experience with Vita dental was a 12/10.

This is a wonderful dentist office that I have been happy with for many years. Not only is it clean and modern but has a great staff right from the front door. Very comforting, compassionate hygienists and dentists. Dr. Shaftel is the best and has always made my smile the best.

Awesome staff, easy to work with office, and welcoming environment. Most importantly though, these hygienists and doctors actually care about my oral health. They are a complete step up from others I have experienced in the area. Appreciate the Vita Dental team!

Everyone is the office is so friendly. They recently advised me my insurance was changing and it would now be out of network. They walked me through all the changes and how they would work with me moving forward. I could tell the value me as a client and will do what they can to assist me moving forward.

Everyone is friendly and polite. Their new patient process is very thorough and seamless. Everything was explained well and allowed ample time for questions. They also have reasonable insurance options for cash customers. Highly recommend this place.

If you are looking for a dental practice who treats you with compassion and care, look no further. From the moment you walk in, the entire staff is so friendly. The wait time was minimal to be seen. What I loved most about my first visit was the thorough examination and explanation of my treatment plan. I did not feel rushed and could ask as many questions as needed. It’s hard to find good quality dentists you can trust. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Jordan, and he is fantastic. The level of comfort and trust is huge for me, and I appreciate they treat each patient like family. I’m so grateful I was able to be seen with this practice, and I highly recommend them to anyone! I love this dental practice from the front desk staff to the amazing doctors! I have seen both docs here and they are top notch in their field and so personable! The office itself is immaculate and the most current equipment is being used. Consistently great on all levels and I never dread going here for dental work like I used to at other practices.

I had a great experience at this office! All of the hygienist and dentists were very polite and made me feel comfortable and welcome. I dealt with Ava and Kelly and they were amazing! I also had a procedure done and Teah and Dustin were great in the process!

They are very respectful of your time, and appointments are always right on time. The dentists and supporting cast are so knowledgeable and use the latest and greatest in new tech. I always feel I have a plan for my teeth which provides peace of mind. Highly recommend this group.

Had some fillings done today. Kelly helped calm my nerves and Dr Shaftel’s numbing injection was nearly painless! Blair did a top notch job on my fillings, took her time explaining my treatment options and outcomes. Thanks again 😄

I have had some bad experiences at other dentists. Vita by far is the top dentist in the Mason area... clean, high tech, and very courteous staff...really appreciate you all.
