They actually take caresource. That's a rare thing with dentists, also it didn't take 9+ months of waiting for an appointment. I can eat again so I'm happy

They were able to get me right away and put a temporary crown on immediately. Everyone is super nice and helpful.

I broke one of my molars and of course it was on a holiday. The dentist came in for an emergency appointment. He was very kind and efficient. Thank you so much.

Dr Madani did a fantastic job on my teeth I had a bunch of teeth work done and paid for porcelain crowns he made me feel very comfortable and went over the price and everything with me. There is a lot of people saying how rude and unprofessional he is. But I think he is very kind man when you get to know him. He really tries to work with you and your schedule. I really couldn't thank this man enough for changing my life. I couldn't be more happy with my brand new smile 😁 Thank you Dr Madani 😊

If I could give zero stars I would. I waited for a month for this appointment because everywhere else was booked far out. I drove an hour away because I thought this dentist did extractions apparently they lied to me once I scheduled an appointment. The doctor was extremely rude first thing he did was an X-ray and when I sat down in chair he took one look at my teeth and asked why I waited so long. I need a lot of work done. Which is why I came in first place?! I don’t need to explain my situation u just need to do your job and help me. Instead he walked away and just referred me to an oral surgeon place that’s farther from my home. I wasted my time and gas coming to this place!! Don’t come here! The only one that was really sweet was the receptionist. At the end of the day the receptionist isn’t the one doing my teeth! Very very disappointed with this doctor. He has no manners, I do not like his demeanor and he’s very rude. Schedule at your own risk. Comfort dental is not so comforting!

I’ll start by saying I’m satisfied with how this doctor accepts my insurance. Also can say the location is nice Appreciate the receptionist. What I’m not satisfied with is how a doctor can fix his mouth and say I’m a difficult patient . I honestly think any patient would be difficult if you can feel a needles being pushed in your jaw/ gums and drill followed behind for the cavity procedure He did not allow for the numbing to do its job. I felt as if he rushed me out . After I jumped and said ouch he said oh it takes about 5 minutes, but he did not allow even 4 minutes for my mouth to numb. After that I was very hesitant to get the cavities filled. He had the nerves to ask me did I still want to get my cavities filled, which I do not appreciate as well. A doctor should make sure you’re comfortable, check to make sure you’re ok etc. I’m overall not satisfied with his work, or attitude. The smell of cigarettes while he’s working on my mouth is horrible . The way he does not change his gloves after he goes to another room to get supplies then comes back with the same gloves and works in my mouth. Not to mention now 5 days after getting my cavities filled the filling has come out of one of my tooth, so the hole is open. Now I have to find a dentist immediately. Very very disappointed with this doctor. He has no manners, I do not like his demeanor and he’s very rude. I Have to now find a dentist to fix what he did not finish and also fix his mistake. Schedule at your own risk. Comfort dental is not so comforting!

Hakim shouldn't be a dentist and his practice is not professional. I went there to talk about the work that would need to be done and he acted like he didn't know what to say. He also asked personal questions about where I worked and why I wasn't working there anymore like that has anything to do with my teeth. The guy kept pacing around and leaving the room. It seemed like he was confused and didn't know what was going on at times. He also walked out of the room several times and was being rude to his assistant. Avoid this hack job at all costs. He's a lazy dentist who seems like he doesn't want to do any real work. He pawned me off to UC for some reason without explaining why which I see he has done to others as well. There's a reason he has 2 stars. He's trash.

I should’ve believed the reviews before coming here. he didn’t even give me a chance to explain my tooth sensitivity and then complains and puffs why I’m in pain. then hands me the floss so i can floss and leave. I could’ve done it at home and not wasted my time coming here. i didn’t see that same compassion from him. it’s like he’s forced to be a “dentist”I don’t understand how he got his dental license he shouldn’t be practicing. he has NO empathy whatsoever. front desk receptionist and dental hygienist were very nice. thank you “Dr.” Madani for making my visit very uncomfortable and unpleasant!!! will never recommend anyone ever to you.

HE is by far the worst dentist that I have ever been to. He basically told me my insurance dosent cover enough and acted as if I couldn't pay for services that I need so he didn't even want to tell me about them . He cleaned my teeth said I didn't have any cavities in which I had multiple the reason I came there in the first place. He basically treated me terrible because of my insurance. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Waste of time and money!! I don't want to give any stars.

Wasn’t the best. I would definitely never go back. I went in because I have been having pain in my back teeth since august right after I had my baby, he said there’s nothing wrong with my teeth but when I look at my teeth in the mirror I can visibly see the points of my back teeth are completely flat and holes forming into my teeth. He then did my cleaning and was just very careless and rough on my gums and when I left my gums were swollen and hurt super bad.

DO NOT GO HERE. Went here for a simple cavity filling and left with a chipped tooth. He is extremely rude and treats his patients like trash. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before coming here because I am not the only one with a TERRIBLE experience at this dentist office. Chipped a tooth he wasn’t even supposed to be working on, and instead of admitting he bumped it with a drill, he proceeds and gas lights and tries to manipulate me into believing that that he ”didn’t do it”. But I have NEVER had a chipped tooth in my life. this man is terrible and unprofessional. This is not a dentist, it’s a glorified teeth cleaner who has no clue what he’s doing obviously.

My father had a new patient appointment this morning at 9 am. He showed up early, as asked, and sat waiting in the parking lot because the doors were locked. Went in after someone finally showed up, only to find out the dentist is out of the country for a family emergency (totally understandable). What I don’t get is why the office didn’t think it necessary to inform patients, and cancel, or reschedule, appointments. When patients miss appointments, there is a missed appointment charge. But who cares about inconveniencing patients though, right? Looking at some of these other reviews, I don’t think I’m even surprised. Will be finding a new dentist.

Terrible rude horrible man! He’s not a dentist he’s a teeth cleaner that gets paid too much money! Treats patients like trash if you need more than a teeth cleaning! Do not go here! I promise you will regret it! I left crying my eyes out! He does not know how to do anything! He’d rather smoke than fix your teeth! Look at his reviews this place should be shut down! They charged me for X-rays but couldn’t do the work wasted my day off thinking I was going to get my tooth fixed! He was trying to make me feel stupid!

I had an appointment scheduled for myself and daughter, set about 3 weeks prior. I showed up and we weren't even on the schedule. The hygienist went to see if they could still get us in. She came back and said she'll do me a favor, like I'm the one who messed up. Left stating we would find another dentist. I try not to get angry, but it was very unprofessional.

DO NOT GO TO STUPID DR MANDI. I CALLED HIS PHONE FOR AN EMERGENCY TOOTH PULL FOR MY HUSBAND. HE GOT MAD AT ME ON THE PHONE FOR CALLING HIS PHONE WHEN THAT WAS THE NUMBER THAT WAS GIVEN. THEN WHEN PULLING MY HUSBANDS TOOTH. GOT MAD AT HIM FOR NOT CHOOSING HIM AS a PRIMARY DENTIST BREAKS HIS TOOTH OFF TWO TIMEs into his gums and laughs that he has to cut into his gums and give him stitches and told my husband thats what happens when he dont come back for an appointment. I WILL BE LOOKING INTO SUEING HIM FOR WHAT HE HAS DONE. HE SHOULD NEVER EVER BE ABLE TO TOUCH OR WORK WITH ANY PATIENTS TEETH. Bad attitude and did not care what he was doing and laughs about it.

went in needing a cleaning and needing them to take a look at a problem with my gums. They literally just looked inside my mouth, told me i'd have to go to a different kind of dentist for the gum issue and sent me on my way. Didn't clean my teeth or anything. Got the feeling they just didn't want to be helping any clients at the moment and the mood was very very off putting. Just wanted the help of a professional and got the complete opposite.
