Nice place for a sandwich or hotdog. Outside seating is available in which to enjoy the ambience of downtown Lima. ( insert sarcasm emoji here).
Everything is fresh and made to order.
Wide selection of sandwiches. Several beverages to chose from. Also some salads such as Macaroni or Potato Salad.
Gets sorta busy around lunchtime. Smooth order to completion of your food.
Best place around for a quick lunch sandwich !
Maybe order ahead between 1130-1230.

Everything was sooooo good. A little pricey for some budgets... we got 2 sandwiches (they are big), 2 pops, 2 cookies, and one bag of chips. That ran us $33 with a tip... (On a side note, we did make specialty sandwiches.. which drove the price up) but it was sooooo good and you pay for what you get! So, it was well worth the extra we paid!

Very friendly staff, made to order menu items the way you'd like them with fresh ingredients. I recommend giving Joey's Subs a try you won't be disappointed.

Love going to Joey's Sub. Nice little stop when riding,to grab a quick break and bite. Love sitting outside and eating. Watching traffic and people . Prices are reasonable and the people are friendly

Don't waste your time or appetite on subway or jimmy John's, the best subs out there are right here. They also have the best dogs out there as well and sides. Make sure to try the Italian assorted with red relish, it's amazing.

This is my first time eating here after 38 years.i was in town visiting. It was as good as I remember. The store is a little different but it is still good.

Fresh, good sandwiches and hot dogs. Service was super friendly, no wait. The woman who helped us was fantastic, we just moved here and she gave us some great recommendations for stuff to do in the area, will definitely be my regular sandwich spot.

Always like coming to Joey's subs when in the local area for a quick bite to eat. They have a wide selection of subs and hotdogs to choose from as well as all the fixings to make it your favorite. We like to take ours outside and sit on the town square seating. A great downtown Lima locally owned business!

I've been eating their hot dogs for years, they've got tons of different toppings and they're all amazing, especially the skeeter dog...i finally tried their meatball sub and it was the best I've ever had, goes great with the hot pepper relish. Meatballs are huge

I love Joey’s sub shop. This is definitely a hometown gem. I grew up eating these subs with my family. They are not quite as large as they were when I was young. But they’re every bit as good. I love the regular Assorted, with extra oil and no lettuce, with the onions on the side. My son loves the Assorted Italian with no tomatoes, double meat. I’ve tried all the subs over the years and the gyros and coneys too, it’s all very tasty. And while you’re in downtown Lima, right next door is Domes Nutshop & unique chocolates and candy store. Which has some wonderful treasures to munch on as well.
