Shady and incompetent. I should have heeded the red flags during my initial meeting with Jack when he proposed we do several illegal things to lower the tax burden for my company. He told me he had been doing many of those things himself for years. But the real dagger was the incompetence of not including the most basic piece of information (W2) on my personal return, creating more than a year of IRS notices, potential penalties and interest. I hired another advisor to clean up the mess, while Jack and team refused to take even the smallest level of responsibility.

If you'd like advice on every illegal way to save a buck, these are the best people to talk to you. If you're not interested in raising every IRS red flag there is, stay far, far away from these cheating, unaccountable "professionals."

Strung me along for 2-3 months only to miss over half of the items I submitted, difficult to get ahold of disorganized and disappointing. Good phone skills only get you so far. If you're looking to be audited look no further.
