Love this daycare. The staff are wonderful. My son has been going there for the past 2.5 years. He enjoys going to the daycare to see his friends and teachers.
He was a biter, so he needed extra attention. Dawn ( the wonderful administrator) and Mindy were amazing and luckily we were over that stage in a very short time.
And due to the structure, routine, and socialization that this daycare provides, my son's development of motor skills have been improving.
I highly recommend this place. You can trust the staff... Beside you can check on your child anytime with the live streaming they offer

I absolutely love this daycare! My kids have been coming here for 2 years and I do not plan on having my kids go somewhere else. The staff is AMAZING especially Dawn and Jess, the both of them go above and beyond for not only the kids but also the other employees. I love the fact that the daycare also has video cameras so I can check on my kids at any time during the day. Dawn and Jess take the time to listen to your concerns they don’t just brush you off. If it wasn’t for them and the other employees I would not have stayed as long as I have. The teachers are amazing as well I have not had any issues with anyone there. I will also never forget that I received a phone call about my young who had a seizure and Dawn, Jess, and Jen came out to the hospital to check on the both of us. They care a lot about the kids that go there and that is why I will continue to go there.

This daycare is nothing without Dawn and Jess. They are the best , most dedicated directors have ever encountered. I’ve worked in daycares and have had two children in them. They are there, no matter what, and they care about these children, especially Dawn. Being that autistic children are increasing in number, a leader with her expertise, experience, and patience is a rarity. There is NO other daycare that I would choose to have my children attend. I would dis-enroll my kids and tell ALL of my other mom friends to do the same if Dawn ever left! Sorry, not sorry! Management matters the most in any company and for me trust someone with the most important piece of me, my children, is a very big deal. She is literally God’s gift to childcare!

My son has been going to this daycare for almost 3 years. We love the daycare and the staff. Ms. Dawn has helped in so many ways to improve my son’s behavior. For a short time we thought about switching daycares due to job relocation , but because we trust Ms Dawn and her expertise we decided to drive the extra 20 minutes to keep him in this daycare. My son looks forward seeing her each morning.

I’m a very over protective uncle, and with all the things going on right now I’m so glad my nephew is going to a reputable daycare center. 31 years, they have been protecting our children from all the bad things going on in the world. I only get to see the staff on Fridays, but it’s a pleasure to come in to a secure building, sign my nephew out and the whole way home. We talk about his day how much fun he had with his friends And what he has learned that day. So if you’re looking for a great place to take your child for early development, please check them out You won’t be sorry

My daughter has been going to this daycare for 3+ years now. Since being here I have watched this place go through many changes, Let me say that it's VERY important who is a part of the office staff because they are the heart of how this place operates, they create the environment, and the happiness and dedication of the teachers highly depend on who the management team is. I've observed so much in the time I've been here. I know almost all of the staff and have even become friends with a few. Let me share my 1st experience with you to give you an idea of what this daycare is like, how its evolved, and why I emphasize the importance of who makes up the office staff.

My daughter had a hard time with drop offs at first. One day I'm dropping her off, she's crying, and clinging to my leg while her teacher tries to calm her down and distract her. I hear a few kids yelling "Ms. Dawn" as she pulled into the parking lot and they go running across the playground, my daughter hears, and just like that, she runs off straight to the gate to wait for her. (This was at a previous building before they combined all 3 to their main facility in the Yorktown Plaza.) My daughter had been talking about a Ms. Dawn. I didn't know who she was before this day, but I knew my daughter must really like her by as much as she kept mentioning her and for the fact that she had only been there for a couple weeks. I was shocked because she's never took to anyone like that before and she already developed a strong bond with this woman she just recently met. I'm also really impressed because these young little toddlers have her car memorized from watching her come and go and if the kids were outside when she'd leave they'd stand at the fence waving and then follow along the fence as she drove out. So I watch her walk in, hands full, literally almost every kid on the playground huddling around her and she sets her stuff down, gets on her knees to hug each kid, and then takes a few minutes to play ball with them. Afterwards, she takes my daughter inside (who hasn't left her side) to sit with her as she worked on her computer. The teacher told me she loved sitting with Ms. Dawn. It helped calm her down and warmed her up to start class. That's when I made my decision to stick with this daycare. I'm not exaggerating when I tell you there is not a kid there that doesn't love Dawn. She knows each and every kid personally. Her employees love her and she truly loves "her girls" as she calls them. That's the director of the company!

Being the director you'll find Dawn in her office during drop offs and pickups, but during the day she walks around to each class, she's involved with all the kids, she knows each one's skills and how they're doing. She's truly a gift from God to this daycare and irreplaceable. This daycare would NOT be what it is today without her.

Next to Dawn in the office is Jess and the two of them work together so good. They are always on the same page making things operate seamlessly. They communicate things to each other quickly and efficiently so that when you need something there is no confusion no matter which one of them you talk to. Jess is also fantastik with the kids and is just as involved. They both are very knowledgeable. Currently, this is the best I have seen this place run. Dawn and Jess make an excellent team.

Dawn has always been the director and in the office but there had been other people in the office with her who (except Mindy) weren't a very good fit. The environment didn't have a good feel to it. I found myself dreading having to deal with anyone other than Dawn. The teachers seemed stressed and many came and went. One bad person in that office can really change the dynamics, I've seen it 1st hand. As long as Dawn and Jess are there this place will continue to be successful and pleasant. Recently my daughter has been having a hard time at drop offs again and Dawn still helps her calm down and then promises to come check on her later in the day and it makes me feel so good knowing Dawn is always there for her.

My girls (9 and 7) have been going to this daycare since my youngest was 6 weeks old. Couldn’t ask for better people to take care of them while I work. Dawn has always gone above and beyond to accommodate us and I am so blessed to have that! Always recommend them,

We enrolled my daughter (4) about a year ago. She’s super social and was bored hanging out with me at home.

Fast forward to now. She is still excited every morning to go, she’s been learning letter sounds, writing letters, and she’s been so proud of herself.

We enrolled my son (6) for the summer, and he insists that he goes to drop his sister off and pick her up because he loves to go in and say hi to the staff and his friends.

Jes is always super attentive and responsive with my my questions or concerns, and I feel like the instructors really know my kiddos.

Shout out to Ms. Emily, and of course, Ms. Courtney who loves on my daughter like a big sister.

My 4 year old son has been going to precious angels for almost a year. I can’t say enough good things about this daycare. Healthy and clean environment, great education, the teachers are absolutely phenomenal and are so patient with the kids. I give this daycare a 10/10!

Dawn and Jess, who are the directors of the organization, are simply amazing. I cannot express enough gratitude for both of them. They always go above and beyond to assist my daughter and me. I have complete trust in them when it comes to taking care of my daughter, and I couldn't ask for a better staff.

Our son has been at Precious Angels since an infant. We were very concerned and scared to leave him in the hands of others. With much reassurance from management, and many tears, we agreed to give it a try. Our son is almost 5, and has been with Precious Angels since and we don't regret sending him here. The staff is like family, especially the management team. The facility having cameras is a major plus. As an infant, we constantly watched the cameras and saw the care and love provided by the staff. When we picked him up, he was always clean and dry. Our son had some medical issues for about the 1st year and the staff took time to listen to our concerns and requests and complied. We received good daily reports. We were always called if any issues occurred of if staff had questions regarding our son. He has thrived all these years and has learned so much, and is continuing to learn. I sometimes have questions regarding the "preschool" stuff and learning curriculum. The staff always takes time to listen to me when I have questions or concerns, they never seem "rushed" when I talk to them. I would recommend Precious Angels without hesitation. Afterall, Precious Angels is our second "family" when it comes to our son!!!

So my wife and I switched our kids from their previous daycare for various reasons and it was bittersweet because our 4 year old son had been there since he was about 3 months old. He also is on the spectrum and it was scary to move him because they knew him and he was used to them and the kids. Anyway, Precious Angels was recommended to my wife and from the time we stepped foot in the door there were nothing but pluses with them. For starters, we got to meet the director, Dawn. Not only is she funny, but she is serious about the safety of the kids.

Then we got to meet the rest of the head team, Jenn and Jessica and they made us feel equally at ease about the well being of our kids in every aspect. The cameras that allow me to check in on our kids!!!! A definite bonus because we couldn’t even go into the facility at the last daycare after Covid. We had to stand in the lobby area and wait for someone to get them. We didn’t even know the name of our 1 year old daughter’s teacher or know what our son’s curriculum was or if there was one. But with Precious Angels they took us on a tour and introduced us to each teacher and honestly we learn more and more each day what they offer education wise. The daily reports are awesome as well because most times we only knew when our son did something wrong. And they never hesitate to ask us how they can help our son which is highly appreciated.

It’s just an amazing place and I’d recommend it to anyone — and have recommended it!

I was afraid to switch my children’s daycare because my son deals with autism. After 4 years at my previous daycare, I have no regrets on switching to Precious Angels! They have been amazing with my children! My 4 year old that deals with autism loves it here! They are so patient and attentive to his needs. My 1 year old is always so happy to attend. She loves her teachers. They make these children feel like they are a family. I can’t say enough about them. The cameras are a plus too!

The staff at Precious Angles is extremely amazing. They are very professional. and whenever I have questions or concerns about my child, the administrator Dawn is very helpful and amazing. It is also very comforting to know that I can check in on my child via live streaming from my cell phone. When I pick up/drop off my child there is someone greeting me with a smile on their face and greeting my child.

This place is amazing! My daughter went here for 2 1/2 years, first to one center than the other. The teachers were always amazing with her and Mindy and Dawn always were able to address any concern I had. Seeing how well everyone worked together made me change my 27 year career and start working for them. I wouldn't ever look back and am so happy to be there, part of an amazing team. Being the assistant director to Dawn has been an incredibly amazing experience and I plan on continuing to be the best I can for the center.

It takes so a lot for me to fully trust a facility and with my daughter and this facility I full heartily trust. They have done so much for my daughter. They really prepared her for kindergarten this year, and that is why I continue with the facilities before and after school care. My daughter is so comfortable and think of staff as her family. I do not have any complaints about this facility. They 100 percent care about the children along with the child’s growth and development. Recommended 100/100. Won’t take my child anywhere else besides here!

My kids have been here over a year And I’ll admit when they started, this daycare was chosen because it was the only one near me I found with cameras in the class that parents can access through the day for a live feed. A lot of changes have been made recently and they are very good changes. My toddler used to cry daily at drop off and he doesn’t do it anymore , he loves his teacher ms liz. She is great with him and he loves going in her class. My daughters school age teacher is also wonderful. Ms Jen and ms jes are also really great ladies and Keep communication Open and are always available to answer and questions I have .

I’m not sure why the negative reviews, but I’ve been taking my granddaughter here for the past 4 years. I happened to get on to see if they updated their webpage and saw these and had to respond! The girls are amazing, Ms. Emily had her almost kindergarten ready. The cameras are a comfort, I can always check what’s going on. The teachers have always been amazing and I’ve never had any doubt in the care that is provided.

I personally love this place and all the ladies who make it what it is! They care about your child and want your child to grow and learn and will do whatever it takes to make that happen. Everyone parents different so if you see something your not happy with or would like changed just communicate with the teachers and office staff they will try their best to work with you and your child. I've seen so many reviews about them being babysitters they are more then babysitters they are specifically trained to work with your children and last time I checked your typical babysitter isn't certified in potential lifesaving techniques such as infant and child CPR babysitters watch your child I'm sure care for your child for what 2-4 hrs while your on a date or something but these ladies work to help your child learn to get them prepared for school they are human just like anyone else so yes there may be a day where you come in and see a teacher just sitting down or texting on her phone possibly the group chat they have in place to ask to use the restroom or could they take a 5 min break but you need to realize that, that may be the first time they've sat down because they have been watching and teaching your children. My daughter goes here and yes she has come home scratched and bit and has even brought home a virus but she is also a toddler in a room of many kids! Kids will be kids that's their only way of communicating and these ladies teach what's not ok and what is ok. They can't keep all the children separated if that was the case your child would have no social skills. I'm so blessed we have found this amazing place and the ladies who make it what it is a safe fun environment for your children! You can go anywhere and read good and bad reviews. I saw some bad before I chose this place for our kids but I saw the good ones more so with that being said thank you ladies for absolutely everything you do for our kiddos!! Our future is in your hands!

My toddler and my six month old attend this center. There is not a teacher there that my toddler doesn’t adore, but he especially loves Courtney, Annette and Amanda. Chelsea and Annette are awesome with my six month old.. every time I walk in, they are talking and interacting with the babies, and all the babies are active playing, doing tummy time, etc.
Dawn and B are awesome. They handle everything with care. It can be rough with two kids 13 months apart, but B always helps me get them in and out, or has someone help me. Overall I love Precious Angels and it feels great not having to worry about the care of your kiddos 💕
